Perfect location and breakfast. Holder of Shower head was broken. The only issue I had. The lady in reception was super friendly.

Great location, professional service, satisfactory breakfast. It was a great choinę, to celebrate the New Years Eve in Sarajevo and spend time in the Sahat Hotel

It is located in the lively center of the old city, a few steps away from the Latin Bridge. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is rich. I stayed here for another 2 days after going to Mostar.

It's right in the old town of Sarajevo, right outside the hotel for a stroll. It's probably the second closest hotel to the famous bridge, and it's only a minute away. It's just that it's noisy at night when staying in the old city, but everything else is fine.

Very satisfied, highly recommended

They are very beautiful and although my English is not good, they are still enthusiastic in their service. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. A very nice hotel, I wish your business will get better and better!

Good location. Big room. Small fridge. No kettle. No stopper in the wash basin. Washbasin needs to be replaced. Shower tray all stained and some poor fittings in the shower. Paint flaking off on the ceiling in the bathroom. Hair dryer - poor quality, fixed to the wall. No shower cap or conditioner. Safe - not working and not fixed to anything, so easily removable. The safe key was jamming in the lock, do decided not to use it…! Room was cold and there were no extra blankets or anything for warmth. Spoke to reception and they gave me an extra quilt the second night of my stay. Breakfast ok, coffee machine very temperamental…!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old City. A 3 minute walk from Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque and the spring water tap outside its walls! The hotel is clean and safe and family friendly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than sufficient for a great start to a lovely stay in Sarajevo. Its proximity to many of the historic sites in Sarajevo makes it a much sought after location. We recommend it highly!

The hotel is an excellent location and has a nice breakfast but the smell coming from the wall in our bathroom for the two days we stayed there was absolutely disgusting, far worse than anything I have ever experienced. The stench in our bathroom smelled like sewage leaking through the wall. We spoke to the man at the front desk and he came up and winced when he stepped inside the bathroom. He got air freshener and it didn’t help. He acknowledged that the gas was likely leaking through the floor and he could not stop it. He said he was unable to move us to another room so we were forced to stay there. I did not take a shower for two days because I could not stand to be in the bathroom for more than a minute. I used the lobby bathroom when I needed to go. Even with the door closed, the smell continued to came into the bathroom while we slept. My partner almost threw up the second night. The staff sprayed it with lavender scent but it didn’t disguise the smell. So glad to never ever be back there again.

A great compliment for the receptionists! Kerima and Suana did a great job. Despite a booking problem, she found us a replacement even thought everything was full booked. They were we've ever experienced before. Kerima and Suana are perfect receptionists

This hotel location is perfect. Located at Saravejo old town. One room divided into to compartment. Bed room and living room. Only got air con in the living room but no aircon inside the bedroom. So it’s very hot especially during summer. Not suitable to stay during this time. The services very poor. First day when we there. Room too hot. They able to give us moveable aircon room. But no kettle. So we request. Waiting for so long still not coming. When ask again claimed they are busy. They will send after the housekeeper finish cleaning the room. If I need urgently come down to get the key to get it myself then return the key after that. What type of service here??? Then our the window curtains fell down. Call them to fix about 530pm. Claim no more housekeeper. Will do tomorrow. Next day call again to remind them about 930am. Promised will do it within the days. But when we back to hotel at 5pm still not done. When ask. Again said no housekeeper now and they forgot to inform housekeeper just now??? When check out we inform them to reserve the room with moveable aircon as I said no aircon in the bedroom. We will come back on 19/6/24. The promised. When we back to this hotel on 19/4. Again they told us they forgot to reserve the room for us. And the room without moveable aircon is too hot. We force to leave the hotel and move to other hotel. We spoke to the manager. The manager very rule. Telling us it’s not their problem. They can’t reserve for us. But why they promised. She said the case is closed since we decided to leave. She not even apologise to us as customers. Her attitude is like you want to stay or not up to you. What type of customer service here? 4 stars hotel??? I think worse than 2 stars hotel.

Stayed here as part of a tour. Room was lovely and clean. Bed very comfortable and nice pillows. Bathroom had plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Didn't have a view but nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok and a bit of variety. Staff in reception very efficient and friendly. Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants on close proximity. I would recommend this place to stay
