My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

The service staff are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello. And they also provide milk, fruits and minibar. I would also like to make two suggestions, hoping to do better: 1. There is a refrigerator in the room and a minibar, but the refrigerator does not dissipate heat well in the cabinet. When you open the cabinet, hot air comes out, and the cabinet door is hot. It feels like it is a safety hazard after a long time. 2. The hotel closes breakfast at 9:30, which is slightly earlier than a five-star hotel. Moreover, many items are gone before 9 o'clock. The bread and egg tarts are all empty and will not be replenished. This is better than that of a five-star hotel. It’s different~ but there is ice cream for breakfast, which is great!
