Good location from airport and to Disney. Does advertise a free shuttle service to Disney but this was only going to Disney for most of my trip, not the return back, which was a bit disappointing as this cost more money in taxis. First two nights staying in the room the heating only blew out cold air, was offered to switch rooms but had 2 kids asleep in there so this wouldn't have worked. Maintenance came in on the 3rd day to fix the issue. Found a small cockroach in the morning one morning, put a glass over it and the cleaner did get rid of it for when I came back into the room. Overall good hotel

I would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

The hot water for shower will suddenly turn cold, The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good. For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

Kami menginap di Hilton Anaheim sangat menyenangkan. Kamar kami bersih dan tenang. Layanan pembersihan dilakukan setiap hari. Fasilitasnya luar biasa. Kolam renang dan area bersantainya sempurna. Ada beberapa restoran yang terletak di lobi dan Starbucks! Pasti akan merekomendasikan hilton anaheim kepada teman dan keluarga. Proses check out sangat mudah. Mereka memiliki opsi teks untuk check out yang cepat dan mudah. Tidak bisa menunggu sampai waktu berikutnya.

Wow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again.

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

位置靠海邊，但夾在兩條路中間，外出吃飯步行的話有點繞路。房間大，兩個電視，但設施偏舊，服務人員態度不錯。住了兩個晚上，整體感覺尚可。
