Extremely short walk to the beautiful Falls Park, you can see the entrance sign from the townhome! The Swamp Rabbit Trail is right there at the same entrance mentioned (& we even offer bikes to rent). I can tell you everything you need to know about activities, restaurants, shops, and area attractions! You will definitely not be disappointed staying here! It is ground zero for fun and comfort! We have a huge couch that can sleep 2 additional guests ($25/per guest). Dogs are welcome for a one time fee of $100 per dog/ per stay (or per week) and we provide a bed and dishes for your furry friend (heavy shedding dogs are subject to additional fee). We meticulously clean the space ourselves after each visit and also wipe down with disinfectant each door knob, cabinet knob, fridge doors, light switch, couches, etc! We have 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. There is also 1 guest spot that the community shares (first come first serve), but there is plenty of free parking directly across the street (where you can see your vehicle) or on the street out front. There are 2 places to let your dog do its thing (picking up after it of course) or take it for a long walk or run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or up Main street. There is a dumpster for all your trash. Every one in the community is super cool, so please be respectful during your stay so we can continue to operate and maintain good relations with them and the HOA.LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Can't stress enough how close and convenient this Townhouse is to everything! You can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. There is also a trolley pick up right across the street.
