We felt privileged to stay at this house, very special place and the staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming people, genuinely happy, we felt like a family! 1. Cleanliness - We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service. 2. Location - City center, easily accessible to all attractions - We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day 3. Service - They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special. - We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info. 4. Amenities - No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at! The weather wasn’t ideal but the views were still stunning and the decor was lovely. I also really appreciated the restaurant and the breakfast. All of the staff were also very kind. I definitely want to come back during the summertime.

Tolles Unterkunft im Herzen von Verona. Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Check-In war super unkompliziert und wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Hotelli oli kokonaisvaltaisesti hyvä. Siisti, hyvät palvelut mm. ilmainen kuljetus Veronan keskustaan ja sieltä takaisin hotellille. Myös sijainti oli ainakin meille hyvä.

Everything is great! Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance). Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast. I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

Location is good, 10mins walk from Piazza Bra and shopping street. Host provided very little hand soap and shampoos. Floor is not very clean. Won't change towels for you. Host will contact you via trip.com or WhatsApp and ask you to provide your estimated arrival time, so this is good. Breakfast is at a cafe opposite, the croissant is good.

Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!
