Very modern, clean and functional hotel. Best advantage is that it is within walking distance to the Lanzhou West train station. Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

Kamar yang saya dapatkan adalah kamar standar dengan tata letak yang wajar dan ruang yang cukup luas. Mereka meningkatkan tipe kamar saya secara gratis, meskipun masih ada kamar yang tersedia. Pada malam saya check-in, penerbangan saya mendarat cukup larut, dan layanan antar-jemput hotel sudah berhenti beroperasi, jadi staf hotel mengatur agar sopir ojek online menjemput saya dari bandara. There is only one lift and the lift is very slow. In addition, they only provided one key card when we have two occupants which create unnecessary dependencies. The light point are also preset, for example the bath light will be connected to toilet, shower and washing basin which could be quite glaring in middle of the night. However, it is very close to malls and metro (the closest metro has no lift or escalator). There are also fence right in front of the hotel which means u need to walk a bit if u are taking taxi.

We weren’t happy when our suite that was advertised as smoking clearly had signs of smoking in the suite, smelling like smoke, and equipment for smokers. When front desk was confronted about the marks of put out cigarettes on the furniture and ashtray, she merely stated that no room exchange was possible due to ashtrays being in every room whatever that meant. I don’t know if it was because it was around 2am that we checked in but the next morning the front desk had a much better customer service attitude. The hotel itself feels somewhat polished and the lobby has a pretty stunning display, which is not a bad location for some photos of silk road style art and architecture.

Pelayanan hotel sangat baik, hangat dan penuh perhatian. Buah-buahan dan yogurt juga diberikan sebagai hadiah pada hari pertama menginap. Ada juga kartu selamat datang kecil dengan tulisan tangan. Pengalamannya sangat bagus. Sarapannya juga enak, dan transportasinya nyaman. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari pasar malam. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat puas.

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
