Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Excellent customer service at counter from check in to check out. All the counter staff are very friendly, helpful and give added service like water n carrier without us asking for it. Only toilet bowl has no washing facilities even its auto flash. Room n toilet is spacious. Better if can have AI voice control. Location very good with shopping malls just next door. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely come back.

Amenities as per hotel description. Good location as within walking distance to metro station for commuting purpose. The attractions are one or two station stops away. Numerous food outlets in hotel vicinity. Hotel staff - counter, cleaning dept are helpful and resourceful.

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Ketika saya check-in, seorang wanita di meja resepsionis, mungkin berusia akhir 30-an, mencoba mengambil foto wajah saya tanpa memberikan penjelasan apa pun. Saya bertanya, ”Mengapa Anda mengambil foto? Hotel lain tidak melakukan ini,” tetapi dia mengabaikan saya dan menoleh ke staf wanita lain untuk bertanya, ”Bukankah kita seharusnya tidak mengambil foto?” Jawabannya terasa mengelak dan tidak profesional. Saya telah memesan dua kamar bebas rokok, tetapi salah satunya jelas berbau asap. Saya bertanya mengapa saya tidak diberitahu sebelumnya bahwa salah satu kamar bukan kamar bebas rokok, tetapi sekali lagi, dia bersikap seolah-olah tidak mengerti apa yang saya katakan. I had an early flight out so stayed overnight. Check in was easy and great service. Room was smallish but suited my needs. Bed was super comfortable thankfully. Airconditioning great! Dinner at restaurant ok but I thought from earlier reading they had western options. Good food nonetheless. Just a bit tired and rooms need a refurbish but would stay again
