酒店服務員態度都好好呀，辦理入住是前台小姐姐就告訴我哪兒早餐，哪兒可以健身，哪二可以吃好滴，哈哈，真有被熱情到，然後一個叔叔就幫忙把把行李送到房間，本來行李也不多，但是都不好拒絕的那種，然後四樓餐飲也很不錯，準備的餐前小吃還不錯的，下次還來住啦。

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

第三次入住上川雲季酒店大小河街店，這次我帶着孩子連住了三晚。酒店的服務一如既往的好！小朋友很喜歡房間的浴缸🛁，每天晚上晚回來都要泡澡😄。特別感謝每天為我們做房間清掃服務的大姐！我小孩不小心弄臟了被套，服務員大姐默默給我們更換了乾淨的床品。晚上還給我們送了營養粥。 入住的這幾晚，我帶娃在大小河街圍爐煮茶、觀看行進式實景演出《常德往事》，活動結束後步行幾分鐘就到了酒店，特別方便。 最後要點贊酒店的早餐，紅燒牛肉米粉比河街某些網紅店的好吃😍多了，哈哈。
