Lovely staff
No where to put large take away containers in the bin.
There was a dental pick in our shower on the towel rail for a few days, the cleaners obviously didn’t see it. I ended up chucking ito it myself.
Freezer in bar fridge didn’t freeze, fridge not real cold either.
I asked for extra quilt and towel - great service with that.
Breakfast great. Coffee really good.

GGraeme CoulterStayed overnight on a Friday at H on Mitchell Street in Darwin, CBD and had a really good experience overall. Check in and check out were both quick and hassle free, which made things easy after a long day. The room was clean, well presented, and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well in the Darwin heat. The TV (Foxtel) was a nice bonus to relax with in the evening. We also had dinner and drinks at the Lizard restaurant, which was a highlight, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal. Parking is available on site (paid), which is convenient for those driving into the city. Close to Parap for the Saturday morning Laksa from the Markets.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay right in the CBD. Would happily stay again.

TTamuThe hotel is located walking distance to City Center and smith street mall. Even waterfront restaurants and bars are just 15 mins. walk apart. The taxi transfer airport to hotel takes less than 20 minutes.
Friendly reception staff arranged a change of our desired bed configuration upon notice. Rooms are basic but spacious.
Nice restaurant on premises available for lunch, dinner and its where you got the complementary breakfast.
Will stay here again definitely, when in town next time.

TTamuThe grounds are beautiful, and the pool and cafe are lovely. Unfortunately the hotel itself has seen better days - the corridor was not clean, and needed to be vacuumed. The room itself was large and the bathroom was fine. The bed was a double even though the name of the room said queen bed. One pillow was fine, the other was awful.

TTamuRoom size was decent and clean. The pillows were both way too high for a small frame female and I was not able to sleep. The request to have twin beds were met but the beds were only separated when we are in the room which made it awkward to stand around for 10 to 15 mins in a room that is not very big. We kept having to move to get our of the way to enable house keeping to split the bed into twin.

CChang Choon FongGenerally, the hotel serve as a good location for day trips to out of Darwin. There are public parking lots outside the hotel which are free, as there are limited lots within the hotel's open air parking compound except the underground. There are limited amenities except a small pool. The room are very basic but the balcony added a good atmosphere for dining with a view.

TTamuMantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.
