Excellent location if you need to go to University of Washington. A lot of restaurants (Korean, Thailand, Chinese, Sandwitch, Cafe cusines) are nearly by within 5 to 10 minutes. Room Cleaning will be provided once every two days. Room is Spaceous. Netfix is available and you can connect to your own account.

Saya memperbarui kamar lama saya dengan Ctrip, tetapi tidak bisa menginap di sana. Pihak hotel mengatakan saya perlu pindah kamar lagi, yang membutuhkan waktu untuk mengemas barang bawaan saya lagi. Suasana hati dan rencana perjalanan saya terganggu. Saya membayar untuk menikmati hotel, dan ketika saya check-in lagi di malam hari, saya menemukan petugas baru yang suka mencari-cari kesalahan. Dia mengatakan saya perlu menunjukkan kartu kredit ber-chip, dan terus menekankan bahwa hanya kartu kredit ber-chip yang bisa digunakan untuk check-in. Saya bilang saya hanya punya satu kartu kredit untuk pra-otorisasi sebelum dia menyerah. Saya bilang saya menginap di hotel ini selama dua hari sebelumnya, dan tidak disebutkan bahwa kartu kredit ber-chip diperlukan. Saya juga menginap selama dua hari, dan mereka juga mengenakan biaya pra-otorisasi sebesar $40. Tergantung nasib. Biaya parkir $30 per malam, dan parkir gratis seharusnya lebih baik.

Hotelnya bagus, kamarnya besar dan bersih, sarapannya enak, dekat dengan jalur kereta, sangat dekat dengan pusat kota, dan hanya 2 halte ke Universitas Washington.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

The hotel is very convenient, located in downtown Seattle, and offers great value for money. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed, making it suitable for a group of friends or families. However, you need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

Everything is good except the breakfast, The restaurant is not very big and have to line up more than 10mins for food and its finished at 9am. The food is okay. Staff is nice and the hotel is clean. 8 mins walk to Space Needle, 20-25 mins walk to Pike market. Parking is $25 which is reasonable.
