地點離輕軌車站近，來往及轉車都方便，離學校也近，逛校園很方便，附近有家7 corner coffee，服務人員親切，餐點也好吃，住宿第四晚隔天早上房間未清潔，小費亦未動，可能是忘記了，不過還好，房間本來就保持很乾淨，服務人員熱心親切，整體相當滿意👍

Best hotel that we’ve been since traveling around! Great staff and super friendly. Love the breakfast being included as well! Very clean and amenities were provided upon request. One down side is the parking. Hawthorne parking was a good spot and it was easy access to the hotel through the skywalk however the price of it was ridiculous especially since it’s not an in and out. I would definitely stay here again but look more into a different parking lot to provide better access to moving your car around.

Modern looking hotel, but they don’t even provide drinking water. Nothing in the room for refreshments at all. Kinda minimalist approach. No food except two types of frozen pizza. There is also a very loud aircon system that runs through the whole place, it felt like being on a ship and the noise was that loud at night I had trouble getting to sleep.

Everything was good, but my security deposit was charged. I guessed that it was related to my closing date of the credit card. After several days of negotiations with the Trip.com and the hotel, the hotel refunded my deposit to my credit card.

One of the glass cups in the room was dirty, the shower was kind of awkward, no lip on the ground so it gets all over the floor. Breakfast was next door since there was no cook but breakfast was pretty decent, oatmeal and quiche and scrambled eggs
