Choosing this hotel for the second time as extremely pleased both with quality of amenities and, comfort, nice location next to the train station and by far one of the best breakfast selection I could see in the hotels - well done!

I stayed at Fama in Gdańsk’s Old Town, and overall the experience was fine. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. However, it can get noisy at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging. There were very few vegan options and no plant-based milk available. It would be great to see a bit more inclusion for plant-based diets in the future.

Okay location, not really quiet rooms. Lots of running can be heard inside the room. Very small shower, inconsistent water temperature. Toilet seat mounted unreasonably high and uncomfortable. Quite old TV but in a weird position and blocked by the desk light. Very, very, VERY BAD BEDS. It felt like getting skewered in the ribcage! Budget friendly but very outdated hotel and beds like torture tables. Would consider alternatives even if farther.

No Proper Air Conditioning – Uncomfortably Hot Stay The apartment is in an excellent location—just a couple of minutes’ walk from Gdańsk Old Town—which is a real plus. It has all the basic amenities you’d expect: a washing machine, fridge, electric stove top, and the bathroom and bed were both clean and well-kept. However, guests need to collect the apartment keys from a separate property management office rather than at the apartment itself, which is a bit inconvenient. More importantly, the lack of a proper air conditioning unit really undermined the stay. The apartment only had a small, low-powered fan, which meant it was uncomfortably hot from the moment I arrived until I left. Sleeping at night was particularly difficult, even though the outside temperature was only in the high teens to low twenties—so I dread to think what it would be like during a real heatwave. It’s a nice apartment in theory, but the absence of proper cooling makes it hard to recommend in warmer weather. After two nights, I moved to Apart Neptune in the Old Town, which had full air conditioning and was far more comfortable.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang nyaman di dekat kota tua dan di jalan yang tenang. Kamar-kamar dilengkapi dengan baik dengan sofa kecil, beberapa kursi, meja, dan pencahayaan yang bagus. Kamar mandi bersih dengan tekanan shower yang baik. Kami menggunakan sauna dan kolam renang yang berada di gedung sebelah. Ketika kami pergi di malam hari itu cukup sibuk, ruang ganti untuk pria / wanita tetapi kamar mandinya terpisah. Hotel ini memiliki banyak tempat parkir di jalan ketika kami menginap sehingga kami beruntung - hotel telah membayar parkir sebesar 80 PLN untuk parkir di parkade mereka. Kami menemukan tidak banyak di dekat hotel kecuali beberapa restoran dan toko serba ada. Banyak restoran dan toko berada dalam jarak 5-10 menit berjalan kaki sehingga cukup nyaman.

Per problemi di overbooking ci hanno cambiato hotel con un'altro della stessa catena di categoria superiore.

Abbiamo fatto una sosta in questa struttura per spezzare il nostro lungo viaggio e sono felice di questa scelta. Host si trova vicino al aeroporto, il che aiuta risparmiare il tempo ed il traffico nel raggiungerlo. A 20 min di taxi dal centro della città e dal lungo mare. In mezza al verde, silenzio totale, aria fresca, gli esterni sono arredate con molta cura. Aldilà di tutte le comodità e servizi, la differenza fanno sempre le persone. Abbiamo trovato un personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Natalia e la sua collega ci hanno fatto sentire in casa cucinando sul momento del buon cibo e, visto che siamo arrivati un po’ prima dell’orario di check-in, è stata molto preziosa da parte loro la premura di accomodarci in camera prima. Grazie. Se mi ricapita di tornare a Gdansk, sicuramente mi fermerò qui.
