Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan stasiun, untungnya begitu, karena saat saya pergi salju turun lebat dan jalanan sulit dilalui. Kamarnya tidak besar, tetapi saya bisa membukanya dari ambang pintu. Tersedia perlengkapan mandi swalayan di lantai pertama, serta tempat penitipan bagasi. Sarapan berupa prasmanan, cukup populer, tetapi pilihannya lumayan dan mengenyangkan. Kopi gratis tersedia di lantai pertama pada jam-jam tertentu. Toko serba ada terdekat berada di seberang stasiun. Namun, mereka bahkan tidak menaruh cairan anti beku di ambang pintu, dan salju menumpuk tepat di depannya.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat stasiun, dan sangat strategis. Hotel ini menyediakan banyak fasilitas yang bisa Anda gunakan secara gratis di lobi. Kamarnya sangat bersih, tempat tidurnya nyaman, dan Anda bisa memilih bantal sendiri di lobi jika tidak suka. Sarapannya juga lezat, dan Anda bisa memesan lebih banyak saat check-in. Tersedia penyimpanan bagasi; cukup beri tahu staf. Kekurangan: Kamar tidak dilengkapi pelembap udara, jadi agak kering di musim dingin karena pemanas ruangan menyala. Pembersih udaranya berbau aneh, jadi kami berhenti menggunakannya. Secara keseluruhan, saya cukup puas dan akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini lagi jika saya kembali ke Nagano.

This place is ~5mins walk from Zenkoji temple. neighborhood is peaceful at night. Shoes to be removed outside the accommodation. Rooms are on the 2nd floor so you'll have to carry your luggage up (there's no lift). Room (with window) is huge. You'll have to head downstairs to use the shared toilet and shared onsen (no toilet inside the room). We were only allowed 30mins of onsen time for 2 pax - couples weren't allowed to use the onsen concurrently so we had to go one after another (i'm not sure if the instructions got lost in translation..). Felt very rushed so i didnt really get to enjoy the onsen experience, but overall was nice and clean. Interesting 6.30am tour around the area and within the temple itself, followed by a simple vegetarian breakfast (porridge with omakase-styled sides with miso soup) back at the accommodation. The morning tour lasted from 6.30am - 8.30am. The accommodation provided a fleece blanket to each pax to bring to Zenkoji temple to keep us warm during the morning praying ceremony. We went on 30 Dec and it was SO COLD. Overall interesting experience but accommodation price is pretty steep IMO.

Very good location, just opposite the train station. Reception is on level 2, but staff is helpful to help carry luggages to and fro ground floor. Room is small and toilet is squeezy, but still decent for a short stay. There is a Shampoo Bar at the reception to pick up stoiletries. Breakfast is good, the complimentary soba noodles on selected weekday nights is also great. Nice view from the 10th floor, and also free space for customers to chill during the day. Water was not provided complimentary to customers but instead was earned through a game.

This hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room is a standard Japanese room with a desk, fridge, TV, bathroom etc, but everything is crammed. Make your luggage and spatial use is efficient to avoid tripping. There’s not much of a lobby area. Anyway, it’s a good value.
