Very neat and clean place. The host Bungo was patient and detailed, provided recommendations to sightseeing spots and even helped me to reserve a visit that needed pre booking. I like his thoughtful touch of bookmarking the restaurants on the map and sharing them with guests. The location was roughly 15min by foot to the station but it could also depend on the weather. Western showers available all hours and a private Japanese bath in the evening and nighttime slot. Close to the Omicho market and the castle park. I tend to be someone that leaves behind something every place I go and they helped me to stop that. Thank you Bungo and the family!

Ada dapur, toilet, kamar mandi, wastafel, mesin cuci dengan pengering otomatis, dua kamar, dan sangat bersih! Perlengkapan kamar juga terbuat dari katun terpisah dan sangat nyaman! Harganya juga terjangkau, dan itu luar biasa. Saya ingin menggunakannya lagi. Terima kasih!

This was a wonderful hostel to stay at, and really made me enjoy my stay in Kanazawa. It's right in the middle, beyween the garden, the samurai district and the chaya district, so it was perfect for getting around, and very close to the train station. The people working here are super sweet and they even have some plum wine in the evenings for guests. The staff mainly stays in their sister hostel, however the hostel itself is very secure and the door is always locked. It's always nice for a quick rest as well between wandering, and there's a delicious ramen restaurant a minute walk away.

Excellent place to stay that has an onsen at its highest floor. It has both an indoor and outdoor onsen. Their room was standard fare for most Japanese hotels. It’s the little things that add to the charm like free pudding dessert and bottled water. They also have free popsicles and probiotic drinks to enjoy after an onsen session. A big plus especially for families is the numerous washers and dryers in their laundry room. In the evening, they also have free ramen for supper. Overall, great value and experience makes it a great choice.

Saya rasa nilai uangnya sangat baik. Stasiun Kanazawa hanya berjarak sekitar lima menit, dan tempat penyewaan mobil berjarak tiga menit, jadi kenyamanannya saja sudah sempurna. Staf resepsionis juga sangat ramah dan sopan, membuat perjalanan menjadi sangat menyenangkan. Kamar ini memiliki kamar mandi dan toilet modular, tetapi ukurannya kecil. Sepertinya ada kamar mandi yang lebih besar di paviliun, tetapi tumpang tindih dengan kamp pelatihan siswa, jadi kami tidak menggunakannya kali ini. Meskipun kecil, sampo, kondisioner, sabun mandi, serta sabun wajah dan tangan berbusa disediakan, yang kami gunakan tanpa masalah. Handuknya lembut, dengan handuk mandi besar dan cukup untuk semua orang. Terdapat stopkontak dan port USB di samping setiap tempat tidur. Ada juga beberapa stopkontak lain, yang sangat praktis. Sarapannya, yang perlu disebutkan, hanya 1.900 yen! Sarapannya menawarkan lauk lokal yang lezat, telur orak-arik klasik, sereal, dan es krim lembut, sehingga anak-anak pun akan menyukainya. Saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk mencoba karinya. Saya pasti akan mencari tempat ini terlebih dahulu ketika mencari tempat menginap di Kanazawa lagi.

We stayed here for 3 nights and Neon hotel really given us a beautiful experience in Kanazawa. Good location that can lead you to many famous restaurants and shopping. Well equipped especially washing machine that helped a lot for a family with kids. The amazing bed offered me sweet dreams every night. There is only one thing unpleasant. When we first checked in in Hotel Kanazawa, the staff told me there is no hotel parking lot “ you have to find coin parking please “ then tried to rush me go before my next question ( even tho he was smiling) But we found hotel parking right next to the hotel less than 1 minute walk. Other than that everything is perfect!

地理位置很好 離開金澤站走幾分鐘 機場巴士和電車搭乘都方便 酒店附近很近有全家和711 早餐也還行 每天換毛巾和牙刷 一樓有自取的洗臉三件套和睡衣 房間小 但一個人住很舒服 不過隔音效果差 隔壁住户素質差 很晚關門聲音響 其他都可以 還來金澤繼續考慮這家 總體方便 價格有浮動也理解 畢竟這次來看演唱會 幾乎周邊都滿房和漲價
