Hampton by Hilton room is okay but not absolutely clean. The water in the shower was going down very slowly, i think there was some blockage. Although I stayed on 1st floor, the room was very quiet.

Early morning, 6 AM. The lady who works the new shift just gets in from the cold. There's 2 more behind the desk. I go to the reception to check out. She says quite rudely, raising her palm, ”5 minutes.” I am kind of late for my flight and nobody is there. 5 minutes? In that voice? At 6 AM? And you want a good review? The room was fine otherwise and the girl at the reception the previous night was super ok. It's just about chance, I guess. No standards

A really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee,water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good,room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!

The venue is superb, but the service not really good enough. As I have made an appointment for my family with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however once after check in ,I found that just 1 king bed inside and I try to make a clarification at the front desk and make it clear that I pay different price for that room. However, she insist not shown in my booking information. Luckily, the Manager solve the problems with an sofa bed as well within 30 mins. The last but not least no discount for the carpark.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Invite Hotel an der Kaiserburg. Die Parkplatzwahl war unkompliziert, die Lage perfekt – nur wenige Schritte zur Altstadt und zur Kaiserburg. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt, ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!
