We had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Das Hotel hatte unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Sehr netter Service, sehr sauber, nettes Personal. Die Lage im Norden von Hannover führt dazu, dass man in die Innenstadt fahren muss - dafür ist die S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt am Hotel, von daher kein wirklich großes Problem. Wir würden das Hotel wieder aufsuchen und können es nur empfehlen.

Older style , nice hotel, I was very briefly there in , went out and back into sleep left at 4 am, the staff were so super friendly and helpful tho, there was a fridge in my room, older style decor and so forth but the price reflects , I didn't use anything in the bar or lobby but they looked like they ha da good breakfast and so forth Elevators up to rooms Bathroom had a nice shower and so forth It reminded me of maybe a bit of a fancy hotel in days gone by.

Freundliches Personal, mein Zimmer in der 3. Etage war klein, sauber und völlig ausreichen. Es gibt keine Frühstück und keine Aufzug.

このホテルの宿泊はトラブルが続き大変でした。 予約時の予想到着時間が、窓口時間内だったため、前日にピンコードが届くはずだったのですがメールで届いておらず 入れなくて困りました。結局そのメールは宿泊２日目に届き意味がありませんでした。 朝食付きで検索して予約したと思ったら朝食無しで予約されてしまったので当日３日分の朝食代を支払いました。しかし領収書を出してくれず クラウド上に出すとのこと、でも届いておらずメールで催促した所、いったん全然お門違いな部屋の領収書が来たので再度朝食の領収書を要求すると いっこうに返事が来ません。ハノーファー駅前が高い所ばかりだったのでこちらにしましたが、人の対応は感じがよかったのですが、不備ばかりが目立ちます。 スムーズなイライラしない旅をお望みの場合は他のホテルをお勧めします。
