The hotel is located in a convenient location and it is a few mins on taxi or within walking distance to the town center. There is also a convenience store downstairs for the supply of snacks and bottled water. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel is pretty new and clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. We can also view the mountain from our room and we are very pleased for our stay. It was a great time in Yangshuo.

I’m always on the lookout for places that offer a memorable experience with great ambiance, ideal location, and beautiful views. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect: close enough to downtown to access everything easily, but just far enough from the busiest, tourist-packed streets, making it a quiet retreat. Upon arriving in my room, I was already impressed by the setup and view. Out of curiosity, I asked if they had a room with an even better view, and to my surprise, they upgraded me for free! I offered to pay the difference because the rates are already very affordable, but they graciously insisted on keeping the same price. The staff here go above and beyond. Not only did they provide detailed information, but they also directly booked tours for me. Every tour they recommended was fantastic and reasonably priced, making it hassle-free to explore the area. Additionally, they offer bicycles and electric motorcycles for just 30 yuan for the entire day, which is a huge bonus for anyone wanting to explore on their own schedule. Full disclosure, they did request a 5-star review, but I genuinely feel they earned it by going the extra mile in every aspect. The only minor note is that although some reviews mentioned breakfast being included, it wasn’t available during my stay. However, with the location and easy access to nearby cafes via the electric motorcycles, finding breakfast options was incredibly convenient. In short, I have only great things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and memorable stay!

This family-run hotel is a small gem in Yangshuo. It is perfectly located close to the West St, the main tourist street with all the shops and restaurants. It was clean and well cared for, and the hotel owners were friendly and eager, and offered us food and snacks as well as Guilin's famous oil tea. They also helped us with taxi drivers, this was helpful because we don't speak Chinese, and encountered an issue with the taxi driver on the last day who couldn't find where we were waiting. The hotel is really nice and the owners take very good care of it. I loved the Japanese toilet! It literally looks as lovely as the photos. The hotel also has a laundry service that we used and they recommended a beer fish restaurant that was great. All in all I would recommend it.

Beautiful facilities at the hotel and super service. We were even allowed to check in early on our day of arrival. The receptionist is absolutely lovely and very patient and knowledgeable, giving us tips and answering all our questions about travelling around Yangshuo. During this trip to Yangshuo, staying at Tingshan Guanshui Hotel was the luckiest thing on my trip! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the fresh and natural atmosphere came over me. Every corner exuded a strong flavor of mountains and rivers, which perfectly blended with the beautiful scenery of Yangshuo. The room was warm and elegant. When I opened the window, a beautiful landscape painting slowly unfolded in front of me, making me instantly immersed in the embrace of nature. Lying on the bed, I could hear the rustling of the leaves in the breeze in the mountains and the gurgling sound of water in the distance. These wonderful natural notes intertwined and accompanied me to sleep soundly. The hotel service was also very considerate. The staff was warm and thoughtful. From checking in to recommending tour routes, every detail was considered in every detail, which made me feel the warmth of home. The breakfast was rich in variety, all of which were local specialties. It was very comfortable to taste the delicious food while enjoying the beautiful scenery outside the window. The location here is excellent, travel is convenient, and there are many fun places around. Whether it is rafting in Yulong River or going to West Street to feel the lively atmosphere, it is very convenient. This time the accommodation experience at Tingshan Guanshui Hotel is great. Next time I come to Yangshuo, I will definitely choose here again!

We were stunt by the spectacular view. What’s most memorable was our fine dining experience at the cafe right next to the hotel. Da peng (barista) made good coffee and ensure that we are comfortable and kept warm throughout the dining experience. The food was delicious and well- presented. We would absolutely recommend friends to stay here.

The location is at the foot of the mountain, the environment is very good, the room is large enough, the view is good, there is a fireplace area, restaurant, and bar on the first floor. My friends and I feel very comfortable living here❤️

We went there to relax and stayed there for 4 nights and we were happy with our stay. The owner family is very caring and the room is really modern and new. We were quite impressed with the IoT where you can tell the built in AI device to close and open the curtain or play music.(It doesn't speak English but you can use the phone translation). The building is in front of a street but it's really quiet. There's an elevator and a washing machine on the covered roof top with detergent, you can hang our cloths there. For breakfast you get a freshly cooked noodle soup that's a local dish. It's really delicious and the amount is perfect. The owners communicated with us with phone translation and it was really nice that they took time to talk to us or make tea for us. On the map, it looks far from the river but there's a short cut directly in front of the hotel and you can get to the river quickly. Along the river is a paved path you can take a stroll close to the bamboo rafting. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance where you can try local dishes cooked in bamboo. It was a great experience and we will choose this place again. Thank you!

I stayed in a very satisfactory room when I came out with my girlfriend. I originally only wanted to spend a day or two here. Yangshuo is nice and the room is comfortable, but I ended up staying for three nights. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming. You can ask her where to go and where to eat. You can also rent a tram here, which is cheaper than renting at the pier and for a longer time. The room is very clean. When I came in, I found that the toilet and bathing area were very clean (the next afternoon, when I came back with my girlfriend to get something, I saw the housekeeper pushed the mattress away to clean it). It was really comfortable to stay. The takeaway address and WiFi password were posted on the passenger elevator. You can see that they are really dedicated to their service. My girlfriend said that this is the most satisfactory room she has ever stayed in. Not only the room, but also the atmosphere is good. I'm not used to eating beer fish, so I ordered hamburgers on the balcony of the room at night. I can also see the mountains. I didn't take many pictures of the room. When I wanted to take pictures, the room was already messed up by the two of us. The room is similar to the picture. You can tell how much attention this hotel pays to cleaning by looking at the cleanliness of the elevator. Hahahaha, if I come here next time, it will definitely be great again

Lovely view of the mountains - clean and nicely furnished rooms, providing good value for a stay amongst the dramatic karst landscape. Power outage did happen twice within the neighbourhood though and no real explanation for it was provided … but overall we enjoyed our time here.
