這是一家舒適温馨的酒店，簡單暖心的大堂，前台工作人員微笑的服務，有一個姓徐的接待員很友善，房間打掃及時，處理問題及時，地暖空調，熱水出水快，衞生間乾濕分離，超大停車場免費停車，早餐相對不錯，酒店樓層高，視野寬廣，晚上觀看個乳山夜景也不錯，總之，從入住到離開，體驗感不錯！

酒店應該是近幾年才建的，硬件設施都很好。酒店大堂挑空很高，燈光也很亮。在乳山這個小城裡算是高檔的酒店了。雖然酒店自身條件很不錯，但酒店的服務並沒有達到高的標準。不過酒店前台接待和服務人員都很熱情，衹是很多方面酒店的管理層並沒有考慮到。比如早餐廳（我不太清楚早餐廳是不是酒店出租給第三方來做了），我衹是説自己的感受。 酒店早餐吃的東西很豐富，味道也不錯。但喝的衹有牛奶和豆漿，沒有飲料，茶和咖啡。而且早餐廳特別小，擺上桌子，幾乎沒有走路的地方了。人一多，取餐就會很不方便。餐廳大部分地面還算乾淨，但有衞生死角。另外酒店的員工也在早餐廳用餐，互相聊天，幾乎沒有什麼服務。關於早餐這方面給酒店幾個建議， 1.早餐廳最好是可以換一個比較大的房間 2.早餐期間應該有穿酒店制服的服務人員 3.員工應該有獨立就餐空間。 酒店周邊環境也很好。市政府就在酒店西北面。沿着府前街（市政府正南面的大街）往南走到商業街那裡，有很多飯店。也有綜合性的商場。沿着酒店北面的勝利街往西走，不遠就是家家悦購物廣場，還有影院。
