This is a very clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave the amenities 4/5 was because the pool was not available but there was nothing advertising this fact when we booked. Overall, a recommended hotel.

Nice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect. The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities. I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy. There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info. I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop. It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself. All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.

Overall good stay. It's a self service hotel, which wasn't clear on the hotels description, upon arrival I didn't have the self-checkin instructions but I called the hotel number and they were quick to send me an email and even allow me to check-in earlier. Check-out was also really easy and I was even able to check-out later too. Only downside was that there wasn't an option for breakfast as it states on the hotel description. It would've been great if there were mugs or cups in the room and a plus if there was also a selection of teas as complementary. There was no where nearby that I could get a bottle of water or a hot drink, so it'd have been nice to have something in the room. Lastly for any light sleepers - the building is not sound proof so you can easily hear other guests talking in the corridor or going up the stairs etc. Other than that good stay overall - thank you Auberge la Chouette

Le service était excellent, le personnel courtois et attentionné. Le chambre était très propre de même que l'emsemble de l'hôtel, le hall et l'étage sur lequel nous étions. Par contre, j'ai trouvé l'air climatisé de la chambre très bruyant. J'ai aussi trouvé que la chambre était mal insonorisé, j'entendais assez bien la douche des chambres voisines le matin. En tout, je donnerais la note de 3/5. C'est tout de même un bon rapport qualité/prix, je voyageais par affaire et souhaitais une chambre peu dispendieuse pour une nuit et je devais quitter tôt.
