PPengguna AnonimI am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

TTamuBesides the location, there is nothing that I enjoyed about my stay. The bed is uneven and lumpy, making it hard to fall asleep. The kettle and hair dryer are super old and hard to turn on. Cleaning team cleared up bath mat and forgot to replace it, let alone there was still hair after room cleaning. Some staff are friendly, but the reception is literally always so busy you’d have to line up to talk to them.

MMubasshir Ali RoshanOverall good experience, very convenient location and close to Airport, I am not sure about Hotel breakfast policy but they should consider keeping Egg Cheese Omelet separate from other meats i.e. Pork etc. Since some people have dietary need like myself and my family so we have no other options then to visit Tim Hortons or other place for breakfast although we have paid for the breakfast. I asked the same question with the reception guy but they were unaware so we have to wait until breakfast time for answers which is NO.

TTamuOn the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

VV W HWe had a late flight so we decided to stay at a location near the Calgary airport. There is a free shuttle service and they told us it will be a 30 mins wait. The wait time was closer to 45 mins. The room was clean and suitable to stay for one night. The restaurant on-site, Moxie was open late, so we were able to grab food for a late dinner before the resatuarant closes at midnight. There is free tea/hot water in the lobby. There is also an indoor pool. I recommend this hotel for a short stay near the airport. However, it is quite far from downtown Calgary.

早上想用咖啡機弄個咖啡，打開裝水的後面 滿滿是灰塵 這個是不是應該被好好改變
衞生：衞生細節不好，特別咖啡機衞生 就是沒有打掃過，全是灰

TTamuWe were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.
