TTamuthe sky seaside deluxe is spacious, clean and tidy, and it is located very close to the beach.
sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak.
it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive.
when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor.
when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station.
much appreciate that.

DDaMeiI stayed here for a few days with friends. We checked in on a Sunday and the staff was able to put our 4 rooms together. So the patio space outside our rooms felt like a shared living room, it was lovely.
The resort is right beside the beach, which was a relief because I have some limited mobility.
Bed was comfy, shower was hot, included some water and snacks each day.
The staff was amazing booking my return to Bangkok after checkout. They handled booking the speed boat ride and taxi to pick me up at the mainland. No stress!

MMr. BentoAmazing waterfront private room — we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The view was beautiful and made the stay feel calm and refreshing, especially during a layover. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of privacy and a great place to truly rest. Staying here with my brother made the experience even better, and we both really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and how easy everything was. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a perfect choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

IIan LagacMy 5-night stay here was great! Very central location. Walking distance from the pier (about 8 mins). About 5 minutes to the beach. Close to all the restaurants, cafes, bars, 7-11s in down town.
My room was very clean and orderly. Had everything I needed. Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the island. Highly recommended.

TTamuSaikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.

- вас никто не ждет при заселении, ресепшена нет, надо звонить, а если нет тайской симки - просто сидеть и ждать на жаре
- очень маленькая комната (6метров) из них 4 занимает каменная кровать. Места нет даже чемодан открыть, молчу про положить вещи
- окна в коридор, никакого проветривания, ничего не сохнет, полотенца тухнут, в душе нет вентиляции и все в плесени (что опасно для здоровья)

- расположение неплохое, пляж рядом
- постельное белье было новое и в целом чисто
- говорят уборка раз в два дня, но мне за три дня не предложили
- водичку оставляют
- милый котик , который постоянно спит на крыльце)

JJamaica VI honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The resort is literally just steps away from the beach, with waves and sea breeze greeting you the moment you step outside. We stayed in a regular room this time, but next time I’m booking one of the beachfront rooms—imagine waking up, opening the door, and walking straight into the water for a morning swim. The breakfast was satisfying, and the restaurant’s food was absolutely delicious, the kind you’ll think about long after your trip. A week there felt far too short—I could have stayed forever.
