這是一間歷史很悠久的房子，周邊環境很好，咖啡廳生意很好，菜品也不錯。位置也很不錯。離看小藍企鵝的海灘不遠，步行也可到達碼頭的海鮮餐廳。

房間類似於民宿，設施齊全，就是有些老舊，衞生尚可，説有歡迎禮物，可我們沒有看到。有點坑人的是一個別墅明明兩間卧室，如果要使用兩間還要加錢，好在攜程服務不錯，把補交的金額退回了。

真係好舊，而且三張床有二張電暖墊都係壞，要求店員比多盒炭精想點火爐，佢哋都拒絕。
絕對唔會再來，廁所又細、又暗，又無通風油氣。

We stayed last year after our wedding with a visiting Swiss friend, stayed at back 2 story cabin, lovely spot, self contained, great spot, couldn't fault it, this time came back again and stayed in cabin 1, the main cabin, even better than last year, loads of room, lovely and warm, only difference is they don't leave breakfast for u like they used to and whilst coffee was left, there was no milk which is an issue in a place that shuts early, but the accomodation more than made up for it, highly recommend the accomodation to anybody, its also a central location, we will be back again

The gorgeous studio cottage breathed old world charm, which we found to our surprise! Stone wall on one side of the cottage, wooden floors, oriental rugs, and modern bathroom! Fabulous views out to the ocean…we loved our two night stay! Thank you Chris and Gretta 🙏

Not sure if this is a bit of false advertising but we were under the impression our deal included breakfast. The lady who we saw who is not the owner, as the owner/manager no longer lives there told us to “take it up with him” and the key was in the door….. Room itself was ok. Hardly any space to park. Lucky our car was tiny enough to fit in the driveway…

Lovely little cottage right in town within walking distance of dining and cafes, beaches and walking tracks. Very homely and comfortable. Check in made very easy even though we were early we were warmly welcomed by the lovely lady that owns touchwood cafe. She was very helpful with recommendations too and even arranged some ice for us to have a well earned scotch after my hike up and around the nut. This lady has the best attitude and will succeed for sure in this little cafe

Had two nights in the cottage - like stepping back in time - so quaint and olde worlde whilst still being well appointed and so comfortable Chris on check in is friendly and helpful with his local knowledge- bread,eggs juice and milk provided on arrival which was very welcome - walking distance to dining options A lovely,lovely experience - would definitely return!

Our recent stay at Touchwood Cottage was absolutely delightful! The proximity to Highfield House was a real bonus, making it convenient to explore the historic site and its beautiful gardens. The cottage itself was a beautiful home away from home. The interior was charming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. I also appreciated the ease of contactless check-in, which made the arrival process seamless and hassle-free. It's clear that the hosts have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a stress-free experience. Being able to walk down to the boardwalk close by to see the penguins come in for the night was sensational. I highly recommend Touchwood Cottage to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in this beautiful area. The combination of history, natural wonders, and a comfortable stay made it a truly memorable trip. I can't wait to return!
