This is a beautiful, safe hotel. Everything is kept in excellent order and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I feel very secure staying here!

Very clean, and very reasonably priced. Great value for the money. Right by the QEW, and yet you hear no road noise while in your room. The rear facing rooms have a water view, and we saw a pair of swans swimming by - ask for a rear facing room on the second floor, if you want the best view - but keep in mind, I do not believe they have an elevator. Many good places to eat at right nearby (Chuck's across the street has very good food).
The only thing that they could improve is their WIFI connection. I stayed for three nights, and our service cut in and out. I reported it at check-out, and the manager said she'd have it taken care of. Everything else about the place is excellent, and I've stayed here a half dozen times without any problems. Again, very clean and a great value for your money!

We had a great stay here! The price was good and the woman at the counter was so nice and friendly. The room was very clean and had a good view of the lake behind. Highly recommend!

It is conveniently located, adjacent to the QEW for a weary traveller; the staff is excellent and it appears the new(?) owners are renovating and upgrading this older but well maintained property.

Had to stay in St.Catherines due to an emergency. The first night stayed at a big name chain hotel which pride itself on being an upper level 4-5 star hotel. The second night I stayed at the Capri for half the price of the big chain. The Capri was not only a better value, it was a better room. Bed was more comfortable. The room was nicely renovated and the grounds and location were great. I would definitely recommend this nice family run business.
