The service by the F&B staff was outstanding. Mr Davinder Kumar, the manager and also Inder and Sahil, took care of the smallest details . Mr Isfhaq and Burhan took great care at the time of check-in . The property was well maintained, and the room was luxurious. In 2 words, WAH TAJ

Best food and hospitality by Owais … felt like home . Environment is peaceful and the place is beautiful .. the hospitality done by chef owais is amazing and food is tasty . Best place to go in Kashmir for food .i love the coffee and also the place .

We stayed with other couple for four days. Overall facility is excellent . Staff is very courteous and very helpful full in all parts of hotel be it room service , lobby, tea lounge.i would like to specially mention Sunny who made our break fasts very enjoyable .he was very courageous and friendly .
