Saya mengunjungi Srinagar pada bulan Juni 2023 selama tiga hari.. Kami memesan secara online. Gambar kamar yang ditampilkan online benar-benar berbeda. Disebutkan bahwa mereka menyediakan sarapan gratis dan fasilitas parkir. Namun ketika kami mendekat, mereka menyangkalnya. Kamar penuh kecoa dan tikus. Tempat tidur dan karpet tidak higienis. Kamar kecil kotor dan air tergeletak di sana. Ketika kami memberi tahu orang yang duduk di sana, dia menyuruh kami mengosongkan kamar pada tengah malam, tetapi dia menolak mengembalikan uang tersebut. Mereka juga berperilaku buruk terhadap perempuan. Sepanjang malam kami dan anak-anak kami tidak bisa duduk karena kecoa dan tikus. Malam harinya bayi kami sakit. Kami mencari sikara agar kami bisa pergi ke dokter. Ketika kami kembali lagi kami berjuang untuk kembali ke kamar. Kami tidak akan merekomendasikan siapa pun untuk memesan hotel shalimar b*** di masa depan.
