Good Morning Sir I am a travel agent and book your hotel for 3 nights from MMT partner for 3 rooms 6 adults. My client raised a lot of complaint regarding your manager behavior, geyser, heater and poor quality dinner. If you were reading this feedback kindly improve the quality of your dinner, also provide hot water when customer need. They want blanket you don't provide the blanket. So please take care of these things in future

We stay in welcome residency sreenagar 3 nights with my group. All supporting staff.rooms and surrounding neat and clean.for our kitchen team they gave a space for cook and we use there dining area.. overall me and my all group happy here. Thank you Mr.Zahoor and Mr.Lon (managers)

"The perfect place from which to explore ‘jannat e kashmir’. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the “Aloo prantha”. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and dal lake. I will certainly be back."

I would have rated the hotel 4 star. But because of the hospitality shown by Gulzar jee..I have rated the hotel as 5 stars . We stayed there for 2 nights. The whole review is dedicated to Gulzar jee. He was managing the hotel when we visited it. He was always so welcoming from the moment we entered the hotel and did everything in his power to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to him I would suggest this hotel to everyone. The amenities were good. The room was neat and clean. Room services were good. We had complementary breakfast in the booking, but we were leaving early for the visits during our tour, during this time Guzar jee ensured and personally offered us the breakfast early morning! The services were also good. And thanks to Gulzar jee...hume koi "shikwa nai rha" in our stay at welcome residency !
