Very nice staff. Prompt service. Good location, a bit far away from dal lake. Nice arrangement with travel agent for tour.

A. Room size was really small and not properly cleaned b. Spyder in bathroom c. Food is ok with very few options to choose from. We had a baby and the food prepared for the baby was not good at all overall the service that we got for the amount we paid was not adequate

The rooms were not that great for the rates they are charging. Also the typical smell of a street side motel is there. Ambience could have been better. The food options in breakfast and dinner buffet were minimal and did not feel complete. Taste was decent though. Food choices may be expanded. Staff was courteous.

I had a good experience here. Very quick service. Very near to hazratbal dargah, dal lake and shalimar garden. Room had 2 televisions one ***** the sofa and one ***** the bed. Just one thing that the check in time should be a bit early as they has us wait for close to an hour for checking us in.

I did a last minute booking to this hotel as my kid got sick and didn't wanted to stay on the houseboat on our last night. I have spoke to the reception staff regarding the late check-out and he confirmed the same, but next day the reception denied it and asked me to vacate the room. To my surprise the arrogant reception staff didn't even wanted us sitting in the reception after check-out as he keep asking when is my airport pick-up is coming. In summary, charges are high, rude staff, room service don't respond, room not properly cleaned and prepared before check-in.
