We had a great experience in Srinagar at Nigeen Lakeview resort, high level of hospitality and friendship. The food is alacarte, breakfast same but deliciously made. The stuff is helpful and supportive, always reacting fast and in professional manner to your needs. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We had a three day visit to Srinagar and stayed at the Nigeen Lake resort. Awesome lake view property. Very courteous staff and management. All our requests like getting an extra mattress, arranging transportation and breakfast requests were taken care of and done in a timely manner. Did a private small boat cruise(Shikara) right from the property (from Nigeen lake) to Dal with Meena bazar included(arranged by the property) . Amazing experience. Spent one day going around the city gardens and other attractions. Also spent one full one day in Pahalgam, which was a great experience(a day trip from property).

This resort is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful view of the Nigeen lake, delicious meals and quality service by the very helpful staff. The location is also away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which adds to the peace and tranquility of the site. The manager is a very kind and helpful person, so we would like to thank him. Overall we had a very good experience. Definitely would recommend!

--- I recently stayed at Nigeen lake view resort & to be honest , i really had an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort is beautifully located right by the lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful ambience away from the choas of city that makes for a perfect getaway. The rooms were good, clean & well maintained. I particularly loved my room overlooking the lake - a great spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Shoib ensured that everything is perfect. Chef Ajit prepared tasty & delicious food .. Helper Pramod was polite & sincere . In summary,it’s a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature’s beauty. Highly recommended. Dr Srinivasan, Chennai

If you really want a pleasant comfortable stay with a serene view of Nigeen Lake and most humble and polite staff, this is the go-to place. Highly recommended for families with kids. The manager Shoaib is there whenever you need him. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Would have given a star higher if the rates were lower. However, at the prices that were charged, the hotel did not fulfill expectations. It functions like a household hotel and lacks professionalism. It feels like you are a guest at some relative’s place (who is not so welcoming). We had a lakeview room, which was like the only good thing overall. Overall cleanliness was good, common area places outside were unclean and with debris. Dinner and breakfast were below average, which takes away one star. Same same dinner everyday. Same paneer gravy, same dal. Aloo ka paratha as if it was made 2 hours before and microwaved before serving. Book the hotel if you get a lake view room at 6k to 7k ***** with breakfast and dinner for 2. Otherwise please look away as you will keep regretting that why did you not try something else at this price point. To sum it up: my current overall rating is 2 stars If dinner was better, 3 stars If dinner was better plus the rates were lower (max 7k), 4 stars If dinner was better and it was handled professionally, then maybe it would have gotten 5 stars
