OYO 5395 Maple Cottage

This is the worst possible hotel ever! Doesn’t have any service, any amenities and location is the worst! You would solve a maze if you can actually find it. Book at your own risk!

I reached this hotel after my booking through Agoda and I had selected the pay at hotel option. Upon reaching the hotel the owner was like since you didn't pay through the app for the booking we have not kept the room for you. But then he had a solution for the issue, i.e. if we could pay 2100 instead of 1600 as per Agoda he can manage a room for us. Special mention should be made of AGODA also for having a very ineffective nil equivalent customer care support. Since we were tired of a 9hr long journey from Goa we said fine and went on to take the room. The room was very small, nothing like what we see while booking through the sites. The bed sheets were not changed after last use we could see hair strands on the bed sheet. Dust bin was not cleared and toilet too was not cleaned. The location is another bad factor. No good hotels or restaurant to go near by . And difficult to get an auto too if you want to go out for food.
