Hotel room was too clean and all the heating facilities i. E. Electric blanket and geyser was running well, location also good and near to lal chowk. They gave us a sealed drinking water bottle every day during our stay.

The stay was wonderful, Zain bhai was such a delightful person to interact with, and with Farhad Bhais handmade food, the stay went up to become a memorable stay for us. The location was also very convenient, as it was at walking distance from Lal chowk!

Worst service and behaviour, average room, king size bed room booked but we get queen size bed room, worst food ever i had tried, no hot water

Worst experience, no heaters no hot water. I was travel-ling with my father we had asked for an extra blanket which was promised but never delivered. Peak winters and no heaters, no hot water.
