0 out of 5 stars! The worst nightmare. Booked for 4 nights and left after a half night of sleeping, which was only possible after the super loud disco finally stopped music at 03:00! No service at all! Booked another hotel. I hope this could warn everyone, DO NOT BOOK THESE ROOMS

Upon arriving we could clearly hear every word our neighbours said in the room next door. Also the airconditioning makes a constant zooming sound. But we are used to living in a noisy neighbourhood so we didn’t think much of it. However, after we came back from dinner we could hear loud music when we entered the accomodation. We discovered the music came from a nightclub which goes under the entire accomodation. You can clearly hear the music in our room aswell as in the halways. The music is so loud i could clearly understand every word of the lyrics, aswell as people cheering and screaming in the club. And i could feel the vibrations of the base when sitting on the toilet. My girlfriend tried sleeping with earplugs and, on top of the earplugs, a noisecanceling headphone, while playing her own calm music. But this didn’t help because she could still hear the music from the nightclub through all that. It’s as if the nightclub is situated in the room next door. The music kept getting louder as midnight passed. And didn’t stop untill after 3am. Needless to say we didn’t get much (if any) sleep. We booked this place 2 months in advance before the nightclub opened. We didn’t get any notice in any way shape or form from the accomodation. We were planning to stay here for 6 nights. But after the second night we booked another accomodation because we couldn’t take it any longer. We could also hear mice and rats scratching in the walls. I booked the accomodation including breakfast. Upon arriving i had to ask where breakfast is held. (A nearby restaurant) The accomodation doesn’t give any info on it’s own. The room we got doesn’t look like the one’s in the pictures. It’s small, dark. One of the window shutters was broken and had a paper on it saying we couldn’t open it. And the view was a small dirty back ally. There is no soundproofing in the entire accomodation. I swear you can’t make up all the problems with this accomodation if you tried to. When trying to adress the problems to the accomodation they aren’t of any help. They are only reachable through whatsapp. When i called they didn’t pick up. So you can only send texts. They say they are not allowed to give any phone numbers from management or the owners of the accomodation. They only send a “ticket” to management with my complaint. I tried contacting them every day. They always give excuses or simply ignore you. This place is a scam!

Things seem to have changed since the last reviews 5 years ago. Firstly there is no service for check-in at all, I’ve never had this in a hotel before. You are supposed to check-in and pay online and then they send you all the codes. I missed this message from them so when I arrived, couldn’t get in. I called the number given twice and no answer and then they did call me back and also WhatsApp’d the check-in information to me (the person WhatsApp’ing was helpful). It’s a bit of a faff, you have to take a photo of your passport and then a selfie of yourself with your head in the right position etc. Not ideal waiting outside to get in at night. The hotel and room itself was nice though, pretty decor clean and comfortable. I would say great location distance from the old town wise however, no sleep until the club downstairs closed at 2am (Wednesday night). I don’t consider myself a light sleeper either and it was very loud. Perhaps other rooms not at the front don’t have this problem so not making these rooms bookable may be an option. Finally I noticed that if you accidentally leave your key in the room, you get charged 38euro which is ridiculous. Absolute lazy, barely existent hotel service. This is what I expect in airbnbs not hotels.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy mala ya que no pudimos dormir ni una de las 4 noches que nos alojamos. Abajo de la habitación hay un club nocturno que funciona TODOS los días hasta muy tarde en la madrugada. La música Y voces de personas hace vibrar la habitación, es imposible dormir. Nunca hubo alguien en recepción para poder explicarle e intentar solucionar el problema. No hacían la limpieza de habitación diaria, NO cambiaron toallas. La ubicación fue lo único muy bueno
