TTamuЧудесное место для отдыха 🫶 проживали 2 семьями с 25 до 30 декабря в самой маленькой вилле, все это время с нами были замечательные Стив и Мухамед. Стив возил нас по всему острову куда бы мы не захотели и забирал нас из любого места, спасибо тебе Стив🙏Мухамед так же позаботился о том, чтобы наш отдых был беззаботным, помогал организовать стирку, организовал нам экскурсию на море🙏виллу убирают каждый день, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи ( мы не готовили тк на сайри много вкусных кафе). Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха, очень атмосферно и уютно, в окружении джунглей ❤️

TTamuI have been to Koh Phangan about 20 times. I think this resort is the best hotel in Koh Phangan. The amenities, hospitality, food, and friendly staff are truly amazing. Non, one of the staff members, was very accommodating to us. I would recommend any family or couple that doesn't like to party to stay at this resort. But if you are a partygoer, you would be better off staying at Haad Rin or Ban Thai.

TThomas_The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff were very attentive and always helped with carrying our luggage. They also assisted in calling a taxi for us. We especially appreciated the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available at the beach a wonderful touch!
Areas for improvement:
The road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the entrance can be a bit dark at night. Improving the lighting and signage could help make guests feel more comfortable.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Keep up the great work!

DDomingos RIt's a nice and relaxing beach, to get away and wind off a bit. The room was super clean and new, and was quite nice with a balcony. There are very few plugs in the room, and the bedside plug was obstructed by the mattress and the bed, so it was unusable.
There's a pool but it had a lot of sand from the kids running in and out of the beach and jumping directly into the pool... The beach, facing sunrise, is perfect and one of the nicest ones on the island, along with the larger one on the other bay next door. The SUPs and kayaks were old and broken. It had a very nice breakfast, which was included.
Service was good, but I was upset that they claimed the hotel was going to be fully booked and couldn't offer a late checkout, although there were plenty of rooms available on trip.com to book, and when later that day I said that, they changed the story and said my room was already booked for the next day.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.

TTamuLots of mixed reviews about this place. From bed bugs, to rude staff. We didn’t experience either bed bugs or rude staff but the hotel was a bit run down. The staff were quite friendly, loved our kids and their amazement at coconuts being everywhere. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming but it got the job done. It wasn’t great fit vegetarians. The rooms were fine, a villa had 2 separate rooms so had privacy but was a bit inconvenient at times but it worked. We didn’t have bed bugs and we didn’t have geckos running in our room like other reviews. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was a good location and we got to go out best dive Center - La Bombona so that was a plus. Nice beach views and pool
