Hotel Spa di Langkawi

Fantastic hotel. Super professional staff, nothing to complain about everything was great on the staff side. The size and cleanliness of the room was perfect. The July thing to mention is the furnitures which where quite insufficient to tide up the clothes of a family. The restaurant is great. The breakfast buffet is all toh can want about with all the specialities and food of Asia and Europe. The pools and kids Spaces were great as well.

We’ve been regular repeat visitors to Pelangi Beach Resort since the early 1990s, when we used to bring our children. We make a point of driving to other new resorts in Langkawi whenever they pop up.. But nothing compares to Pelangi!! The beautifully landscaped, wooden chalet concept is like living in a village but with fantastic resort facilities. Staff are super helpful, friendly and hard-working. They always make us feel like we’re returning to see close family. We enjoyed the food buffets in the different restaurants, as well as the entertainment (Pelangi Lounge and Pelangi Grill). Not to mention the beautiful stretch of Pantai Cenang alongside the resort. Can’t rate Pelangi high enough, whether it’s for families or couples.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Plenty of space to move about, either relax at the beach on the lounge chairs or relax at one of the pools. Friendly staff. A wide variety of choices for breakfast. Great stay!

We were greeted by friendly staffs. The Hotel has amazing view of Pantai Tengah. Its inly a 5 mins walk to the beach & they even hv buggy services till 7pm to transport u to the beach. The breakfast has a good spread n 24hrs gym. Room was clean n spacious! Bed was nice n comfy Would recommend for solo trvellers,families n couples

I recently booked a 4 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival Syam greeted us from our Grab taxi and was so helpful and took our bags. The check in was easy enough with just the tourist tax to additionally pay. I had requested a Beach Wing room. Syam took us to our bedroom and explained about which water was okay to drink. The room was huge, lots of space and a balcony. Air con as well as a ceiling fan. The bathroom was very dated and we did have a few issues which we made do with but the bathroom could have done with some renovations. The shower flooded the whole bathroom due to the cracked and broken ledge separating it, (see photo) there was no shower door so no way of preventing the water leaving the shower. The towels were fluffy and a generous size. Breakfast had a good selection and they do cook fresh eggs or omelette. The staff everywhere were all extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool was great and easy to get a sun lounger as so quiet. The beach again was great, the sea perfect of you had children as very calm and shallow. Overall a lovely stay but would be nice to have an upgraded bathroom.

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is stunningly beautiful, with lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. It’s the perfect getaway for families looking for a serene and luxurious vacation spot. A special mention goes to Chef Mahesh Singh Rawat, the Indian Sous Chef, who went above and beyond to cater to our dietary requirements. His thoughtful gesture of making delicious tea for my family was truly appreciated and added a warm touch to our stay. The tea was delightful, and it’s these small acts of kindness that make a big difference. My family and I had an amazing time at the resort, enjoying the various amenities and the picturesque surroundings. We created some wonderful memories together that we will cherish forever. Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

Love the welcome drink they gave us when we arrive especially after a rough ferry ride. The hotel located just behind the mall which is opposite the beach. Had a superb time at the pool and easy accessible to eateries nearby.

For a 5 star hotel we expect more from The Riyaz. We paid to enjoy a 5 star experience but did not get that. We came early to check in and leave our bags and went for lunch. We understand the rooms aren't ready yet but after finishing lunch and returning to the hotel, no rooms is ready yet.. many of us are left stranded and sitting in the lobby area, some even sleeping there waiting for our room. We came to check in at 12+noon and we are only given our room at 3:15pm. We waited at the lobby more than 1.5hours for our room. The hospitality that is given by the hotel management is just the bare minimum. I saw there is a whole stack of check in papers there waiting to be checked in. They should gradually start to let guest check in once there are rooms cleaned up and ready for new guests instead of letting guests stranded at the lobby. The water in the jacuzzi on the rooftop pool is cold, not warm. On the day of checkout, the housekeeping come and disturb us at 11:30am.. we know our checkout time is at 12noon and we already checked in late, then they come and make sure we check out early.. really wasn't what we paid for.
