Booked at high price but they dropped price when closer to check in date, hotel unable to give the new price and charged me for higher rate, pretty unfair that I paid more than others.
Suitable for who driving , not close to JR train.
Room as standard dormy inn which we happy with.

GGuest UserWell connected and very near to all public transportation. Public bath is very good and clean.
Breakfast is also very good with lots of options. Room size bigger than other japanese hotels.

CClaraGeThe hotel is located in the forest. The rooms are villas and cabins. It is very quiet and close to nature. I have seen deer in the park. There are two floors in the cabin, a log holiday home with a balcony and kitchen, and a gurgling stream outside the window. Insects are inevitable, equipped with mosquito coils, remember to close the doors and windows in time when entering and leaving. There are several courts near the hotel, and it is very close to play ball, which is a good choice. Guests in the park also need to call a car for pick-up, and meal time is also arranged in advance. Both the front desk and the restaurant are very warm and polite, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. There is a waitress wearing glasses in the restaurant who introduces every dish in English very well 👍 I feel that the connection between the various departments of the hotel is very smooth and silky, and the experience is very good! There is a drop-off service, and the time is negotiated with the guests. Remember to communicate with the front desk in advance. It takes less than 7,000 yen for us to take a taxi from New Chitose Airport to the hotel for 20 minutes. If you contact the hotel in advance, you can probably get a car to pick you up, right? The experience is great, and I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

JJoedyLocation of the hotel was within walking distance of Tomakomai Station. The hotel provides breakfast every morning, and the variety of food and drinks provided was excellent! Near the hotel is a Donki, an arcade and karaoke studio. There are plenty of food options around the area and near the science and art museum.
Would recommend this hotel for it's price, location, breakfast and proximity to entertainment and shopping facilities.

GGuest UserThe room space can open a suitcase. The entrance is in the parking lot. You have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. The parking lot is full of special parking lots (there is a map at the entrance). Later, we saw it. As a result, we stopped the paid parking lot next to it and didn't buy breakfast, so I don't know how breakfast is.
