It is indeed a treasure family hotel. We booked two 2-meter bed rooms. It was written that we should check in at 14:00, but one room was already cleaned up at 12:00. We checked in one room in advance and got a free upgrade. The environment is super good. The waiters at the front desk customer service center are very friendly. We originally planned to go to the Red Mansion Theater, but the hotel was not enough for two days and one night. The breakfast is very rich. There are food stalls, stir-fried dishes, and hot pot for lunch and dinner. Except for the hot pot, we went to the food stalls twice and the stir-fried dishes (Yuanshan Family Banquet), which are all great! The hotel environment is super good and super photogenic! The whole family had a lot of fun! Will come again!

The room is very spacious. It is bigger than the hotel where I stayed for more than 600 yuan a night. There are two beds of 1.35 meters, which is suitable for two adults and two children. There is also Xiao Du in the room. Xiao Du is very smart. It is around 11 o'clock in the evening. We also received a complimentary fruit plate when we arrived at the store, and there were several waiters with very good attitudes. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and the piglet buns were a favorite among the children. Our children ate three of them at once. What surprised me most was that I could squeeze them freshly by myself. Orange juice, so premium👍👍

There are parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and the number is not bad. We arrived at around 5 pm, which is not too late, but there was no place to park. The security guard asked us to go around to the back of the hotel. We didn’t know the situation. We went around and there was no place to park. We went back to the front of the hotel building. The security guard said that we had to park on the main road behind the building... Then we walked over. It was freezing cold and pitch black... There were many temporary parking spaces in front of the building, but they didn’t allow us to park. They said that there would be a crew tomorrow... But there were clearly cars parked there! I am so angry! If this was Wangfujing, I would not say anything. You have such a big place, and there is no way to park? You don’t plan parking, and let guests drag their luggage for hundreds of meters in the dark... I am speechless! Then we checked in. The hotel didn't have a child fence, which was fine, but the shower was terrible. When the shower was turned on, the water came out from the big gap between the shower and the wall. It felt like the shower would fall off if it was turned on for a while. The shower head was also very strong when it was turned on, and then it immediately became a small stream of water when it was adjusted to hot water... Then the pillows were so high that I felt dizzy after sleeping... The bed was soft... The TV was small... The curtains had big holes... The most speechless thing was the comb provided by the hotel. It was a transparent plastic comb less than 800 years ago... I don't know if there are any hotels that still use it now... I was shocked! The hotel staff were all very nice, and they kept saying sorry to you in a very nice manner... In short, I didn't feel like I was staying in a five-star hotel! It really opened my eyes. The level of Sheraton shocked me! I will not stay there again, nor will I recommend it!

Two big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management. Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast. Hygienic: Very good, plenty of sunshine Environment: very quiet, very warm Service: thoughtful, very meticulous

Hotel location is good to find, but the environment is generally good, the bath water is not too hot, the bathroom is very old, there is no nightgown, and there is no place to put clothes in the room, it needs to be improved later.
