The hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient to get to the Red House. It may be too long. It is not convenient for friends who like to sleep with high pillows. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. We checked in one room in advance and got a free upgrade. The environment is super good. The waiters at the front desk customer service center are very friendly. We originally planned to go to the Red Mansion Theater, but the hotel was not enough for two days and one night. The breakfast is very rich. There are food stalls, stir-fried dishes, and hot pot for lunch and dinner. Except for the hot pot, we went to the food stalls twice and the stir-fried dishes (Yuanshan Family Banquet), which are all great! The hotel environment is super good and super photogenic! The whole family had a lot of fun! Will come again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the warm greetings and helpfulness at reception until our last day. At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.
