"Kami sangat menikmati menginap di hotel ini! Hotel ini terlihat sangat cantik dan bernuansa borjuis. Kami diperlakukan dengan sangat hangat oleh staf yang sangat ramah. Kami berhasil mendapatkan peningkatan kamar gratis yang menghadap langsung ke Sungai Xiang! Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah stasiun metro cukup jauh dari hotel. LLiam93We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

TTamuAbsolutely incredible stay from the moment you step foot on the property and until you leave. The staff prepared a lovely card and gift in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel pool was a lifesaver during the 35+ heatwave. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety to choose from. Rooms are spotless, there are western TV channels and great soundproofing between rooms and to the street below.

WWishLeeStay at this hotel if you value Cleanliness, Hospitality, and Location. I usually stay at higher-tier international chains such as Park Hy*tt and St. Reg*s, and I must say the cleanliness here is on par with them. The room I stayed in was equipped with a smart toilet with a seat heater, a thoughtful feature that made a big difference during the cold weather. Location-wise, the hotel is in close proximity to major attractions yet tucked away on a quiet street. To the left, within about 70 meters, you’ll find KFC, Pizza Hut, and a pharmacy. To the right, there’s a McDonald’s and a 24-hour convenience store within 100 meters. The nearest subway station is within walking distance and connects to Line 2, just two stops away from Wuyi Square. The hospitality truly stood out. Every staff member greeted me with a warm smile, and despite some language barriers, they did their best to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Lisa, who managed my booking, she added me on WeChat and went above and beyond, providing assistance like a personal butler. Overall, an exceptional stay. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

TTamuI was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.
