Touristic Complex Hacienda Beach Apartments Sozopol

We chose this hotel because of the large swimming pool it has. It turned out that the swimming pool from August 4, 2023 is unable to use. The water in the pool is green, cloudy, dirty, there is sediment on the surface - I send photos. Swimming in this pool poses a health risk. The problem with dirty water was reported to the reception and the entertainment staff. Everyone agreed that the problem with dirty water would be solved. Everyone is smoking in restaurant. From room some out staff was missing. No recommendations!!! No 4 stars hotel.

The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The beach is in walkable distance, going to which it is possible to stop by the bar and get some drinks and snacks. The animators were great to keep children busy. The only thing I would improve is the food in the restaurant. Don’t get me wrong fruits and vegetables were great but it would be nice to have more choices for main courses.

We really liked the location. The Resort is near to the beach, which is really nice and has a fine sand. Another good thing is the size of the room. Excellent! We did not like that there was cleaning done in the room only one day out of seven. It was very difficult to speak to people there as only few of them were speaking English. The selection of food was very poor! There is only one type of soup and most of the time there was lack of cutlery. there is a parking in the location, but no places, so you have to park somewhere outside. i believe this choice was perfect and ....free!

We had a suite and the bedrooms were prettu small. The food for breakfast was bad- the hard boiled eggs were blue inside and dry, a few days old. Nothing tasted fresh at breakfast. The eggs and bacon looked horrible. There is a mountain of trash as you walk out of the hotel property into the beach. The staff- some are nice, some are nasty, and other incompetent.

The worst place, where i ever been.The stuff is terrible.The rooms are terrible condition. Nobody speaks English!They are not helpful if you have any problems, and for sure you will, théy not going to help! Check out timr they tryed to charge more then what amount we got from *******! So terrible room condition and services! At the reception non stop somebody complaning! Nobady speaks english! Way to expensive! For that price, that is the worst hotel ever for me where i ever been!

It was great but there isn't a TV in the bedroom, only in the living room :(

I little disappointed since on the picture the impression is that the beach os part of the hotel which was not the case. There is a path to go to the beach over some ponds and dunes and then you enter the paid beach area. The rooms are basically apartments that come with one key only (no second key option) The hotel is kids friendly and the pool is about 5 ft every where. It is an okay location if you are able to get a good price for it.

Ten hotel to najgorsze co widziałam na oczy. Można wymieniać w nieskończoność co było nie tak. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistego stanu pokoi, które są zniszczone, brudne, łazienka jest okropna, kapie z sedesu woda na podłogę i śmierdzi z kanalizacji a nawet chodzą po hotelu robaki 😳😱 wszystko mamy na zdjęciach, które tu dodam. Windy są tylko żeby były bo żadna z nich nie działa. Jedzenie słabej jakości, monotonne i mały wybór. All inclusive to pomyłka… były 3 główne posiłki a miedzy nimi „przekąski” obok basenu - głównie parówki w cieście na które trzeba było czekać w kolejce pół godziny… napoje tak słodkie i sztuczne, że nie dało się tego pić. Zatrułam się tym jedzeniem. Obsługa fatalna - kiepsko dogadują się po angielsku i po polsku, mają miny i podejście jakby pracowali na siłę, zero uśmiechu. Nikt nie wniósł nam bagaży na 4 piętro. Przez 8 dni nie mieliśmy wymienionej pościeli ani posprzątanego pokoju co w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu powinno być standardem. Widok z okna miał być na park a park podobno się spalił i jest tam wysypisko (zdjęcie). Wszędzie obsługa pali papierosy. Animatorki są to bardzo młode dziewczyny, które nie mają wiele do zaoferowania i nie umiały zachęcić ludzi do atrakcji i były niemile. W opisie mieliśmy że będzie muzyka na żywo wieczorami a przez cały pobyt nie było kompletnie nic. Kwintesencją było złamane drzewo podczas wichury, które upadło nam na balkon i oberwało dach - nawet to nie było w stanie przekonać ich do zmienienia nam pokoju. Musieliśmy zostać w tych warunkach mimo niebezpieczeństwa. Lokalizacja jest beznadziejna w pobliżu tylko plaża i autostrada. W pokojach podobno obsługa kradnie biżuterię i pieniądze więc ze strachu braliśmy wszystko cenne ze sobą… Wszystko to sprawiło, że oceniałbym ten hotel na 1 gwiazdkę a nawet mniej a na pewno nie na 4. Odradzam !!
