Hotel yang bagus dengan staf yang luar biasa. Membersihkan kamar dengan fasilitas yang bagus. Satu-satunya masalah adalah lokasi. Di jalan yang sibuk yang sulit untuk dilalui. Tapi selain itu, hotel 5/5.

I have Choice Hotel Rewards so the wife and I have stayed in many Quality Inns across the US. This one is the absolute worst one. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, stains on the wall. The night stand draw was broken sitting in the stand sideways. The dresser the tv was on was stained and chipped. My wife almost fell when she sat in the desk chair because it was loose. I went plug my cell phone in behind the nightstand and there was dust, dirt and trash. I was scared to reach behind there to use the outlet. The bathroom floor hand dirt and hair in the corners. There wasn’t enough towels for to people. I went get more towels and was given one set because they were out of towels, I had to turn in the towels we had before they gave me the one set. We asked for room service the next day, the room was never serviced in the 3 days we were there. We choose this Quality Inn because it had a 7 out of 10 rating. If that hotel is a 7 I would hate to see a 5. There is no way in H:$L this place is a 7. ******* should stop listing this hotel, it’s a disservice to your customers to have this hotel as a choice. Terrible absolutely terrible hotel!!!!!

Upon arrival the young lady that checked me in was so nice & sweet. We get in the room an it was giving motel!!! No cover no heat carpet was dirty box spring was dirty blinds was dirty hot tub didnt work. I will never book again. They did offer a full refund so that was a plus

This should be reclassified as a motel. The hotel corridors were smelling of ****, old towels with stains (washed but old stains could be seen). I could see management was trying to improve the quality. But it requires good amount of renovations.

Great hotel , Very clean. However they need to get decent staff. I was racially profiled and it was unfair. I even videotape the guy

the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional she screamed at me in the lobby over hotel policy instead of using courtesy and good customer service skills also the hotel was not very clean or up to par to be rated beyond one star. I in fact cancelled my reservation and went and stayed somewhere else due to the disrespect i received as i was as customer.

Unfortunately this place was not very clean, holes in the wall, holes in the windows, garbage behind the tables, no good food either over all service wasn't good. You get what you pay for. It ******

This place was absolutely disgusting. Water stains and damage, nasty and stained mattresses, cigarette burns on counters and the beds, smelled, water bubbling up in the sink when you flush the toilet, rude customer service that still charged my card even though I was in the room for less than 10 minutes before leaving because I felt so unsafe and grossed out. I would leave 0 stars if I could!

Had a long drive was very tired 10min wait before checking in the room tub and toilet was very dirty had to go all the way back downstairs to show the guy at the front desk he then assigned us to another room where paint or something was falling from the ceiling without accommodating us at all.

Very old hotel but, Honestly I think they are doing the best they can to keep it clean (cleaning crew and front desk). In this type of scenarios you realize is not about the employees but the corporation (CHOISE HOTELS) that don’t give a rats tale to update the infrastructure!

There was a power outage in my area of town. I chose this hotel because of the convenience and the price. The check- in process went smoothly. My room was outdated, it wasn’t vacuumed thoroughly, and it needed to be dusted. The mini-fridge was unclean and so was the microwave. The air was cold. I had to call the front desk to complain about the problem

Where to start. The staff was not overly friendly but not awful. The one working elevator was barely working and has seen far better days. Scratch marks made it look like it maybe has had to be pried open from time to time. The floor we were on was thick with pot smoke, which made it hard to breathe due to allergies. The room was only marginally better. The heater was louder than a jet airplane, but did help filter some of the smell. The smoke detector looked like it was from the 70s and had black scorch marks coming from it. I'm pretty sure it would never actually work if there were a fire The bathroom vanity bottom was separating from the top and the crack that had formed was thick with mold. The room did have a small TV, and the breakfast did have waffles.
