A small trouble occurred last time but I still believed the hotel is good. Looking forward to next stay again.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly…the hotel Is pet-friendly the only issue I had was getting housekeeping to clean my room while I was there….other than that I truly recommend this hotel!

So dirty bed bugs pool water dirty just no! Staff was nice and understand though. I’m sorry just not with them bed bugs

First room reaked of **** switched to another room smelled better but had huge gaps in entry door could see into the room. Not impressed overall front desk staff were friendly though.

The rooms were huge! Not the cleanest. MOST staff was kind and accommodating (until there was a problem and then "manager isn't here).

Excellent customer service. Very clean and homey. I would definitely recommend this place.

The bed was not made but the staff added clean towels. The toilet paper stand was broken.

You still use Spyro foam plates and plastic utensils, which is nor eco-friendly at all, I had to switch rooms 3 times, because first AC was not working, no towels, and phone was not working either, then second room, had carpet super dirty with all kinds pf stains, plus shower was licking all over the place to the ceiling and outside shower, 3rd room, was better overall, but in front of the elevator si you could hear all guests and their business, overall was not a pleasant stay but had no other choice.

Our room was dirty. The door barely worked. We had to hip check it to open it. The walls and carpet and furniture was damaged. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The general overview of the hotel wasn’t terrible but our room.. and a few others we seen.. not so nice.

Dirty pool that has not been cleaned for a long time.Jacuzzi was not available. Ripped wallpaper in the room with filthy and loud air conditioning.

Everything should be in working condition and have towels for guest when they need them. Very disappointing

A lot of stains on the wall and the floor.

They refused to give me deposit back after I checked out.

Hotel was nice and clean staff is friendly room had space the children enjoyed themselves
