Repeated stays for its excellent front desk service and tasty Japanese food. The only drawback is the noise pollution from night till dawn, the traffic in Cikarang never sleeps.

The hotel is very new and is basically a hotel for Japanese people. The stay experience is very good. The room has a washing machine with dryer. All electrical appliances and bathrooms are Japanese brands and are very easy to use. The breakfast is also Japanese. The hotel also has a gym, a large bath, and a table tennis table. There are many restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the hotel, mainly Japanese restaurants, and a supermarket, which makes life convenient.

The bed is poor quality for the price. My body hurts.

The TV in the room only shows NHK. Unfortunately, the breakfast is a bit disappointing. The selection is small and the dark atmosphere makes it even more unsatisfying. It's aimed at Japanese people, so it can't be helped, but it's a shame that the quality and cost don't match.

Isoras is a beautiful property for Business visitros. Spacious, clean, well managed property. Challange is that Restaurant is out sourced. Food quality is very Good but timing is very strict. The Restaurant staff leaves and then you cant have anyfood even in the room. Rest os everything inlcuding location is very good.
