Ulasan Sousse Palace Hotel & Spa

Perhaps due to a system glitch, I was shown to a different type of room than I had originally reserved. I told them that this was not the type of room I had reserved and they changed it for me.

Super nice. You can see the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony! It's only 200 to 300 meters away from the train station to Tunis - but I really don't recommend taking the train to Tunis, the eight-person minibus is the most convenient

The hotel is very good, with underground parking spaces, and a great location. It is close to the beach and the old city Medina, and can be reached on foot. The breakfast is also very good, the room is big enough, the facilities are satisfactory, and the lobby is very large and feels very comfortable when you enter. In short, it is a good review

The environment is good, but the facilities are poor and the faucets are broken. It is better to hire someone to repair it in time.

Very friendly staff. The room was good but it was seen that bed bugs had been present a while ago. Unfortunately, the meal menu was very limited. The cost a little overpriced for the room. The pool (/inside and outside) was very well lit and hygienists. The view from the hotel room was very nice.

Service worthy of a 2 star hotel

Very very badly placed: in the city center with a lot of passage of all types!! No parking space, the beach is too full. It's only "palace" in name and doesn't deserve those 5 stars.

The Hotel was so beautiful. The room was very comfortable. The view of the sea was good. The best breakfast you would ever had. Alia and Olfa was very helpful and kind and helped us a lot. The hotel is next to the beach with swimming pool.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The is my second visit at sousse palace really everything so amazing. The restaurant Must is top with seaview the staff so friendly and helpfull . The breakfast délicieux Nice décoration with top atmosphère. The swimingpool amazing. Thank you Sousse Palace

The hotel is outstanding the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, the food is very good especially the al a carte restaurant I really enjoyed my time and would 100% return thank you guys for a wonderful holiday we will return in the future

Hotel near the old market MEDINA. Wonderful location, next to the sea and shops. It is also convenient to go on excursions. A SPA center is available, even if you do not go for procedures. Good cuisine, but no all inclusive. Nice swiming pool in area.

Great Hotel, fantastic location. We spent 3 days in the spa the ladies were all very charming & professional. Housekeeping lady was so happy & catered for our every need. The restaurant & bar staff again happy & polite. NYE, WOW WOW WOW, our all inclusive covered the Gala dinner, which was superb from the entertainment to the people & the food. Thank you

Arrived at the palace hotel and spa in sousse on the 26th September 2024.first impression of the hotel was very impressive. Than the doorman greet us and took us to the reception.inside the hotel looked very smart and clean.we where taken up to our room which was facing the front of the hotel and it was a busy street.we asked if we could move to the back of the hotel.and the manager MR MABROUK sorted it straight away and had a lovely room overlooking the beach and pool.with a balcony.i mentioned it was my partner birthday the next day .and I booked the 12th floor restaurant. The views are fantastic. You can see for miles.when we got to the restaurant the manager MR MABROUK was there to greet us. So where the waiting staff and chefs.they had gone to great effort to make it so special for him.they even brought out a birthday cake and they all sang happy birthday. My partner was completely taken back.and said he has never had such a wonderful birthday. In the morning the manager MR MABROUK was by the reception and he immediately came over to ask us if we enjoyed the evening. Later we went to the buffet restaurant for breakfast and the waiting staff took us to a table .again extremely friendly and efficient. In the evening there was a singer.which was very nice.we even got up to dance.i would like to give a big big thank you to a extremely hard working bar man which was mostly on his own behind the bar every night even taking drinks to tables.as well as serving behind the bar.he always had a big smile on his face very friendly. In the morning /lunchtime/evening the buffet restaurant you could eat inside or outside.which was really nice as the weather was fantastic. It is a very short walk to the white sandy beach.and after a few hours on the beach we would go to the beach bar and have a few drinks before getting ready for evening meal.they also got a fourth floor restaurant and bar Which again have fantastic views. again I would like to give a big big thank you to the extremely professional/friendly manager MR MABROUK that made our holiday perfect thank you

Arriving at the sousse Palace Hotel on the 1st Dec 2024 with my oldest son first time away since 2006 first impressions were amazing thought we'd arrived at the wrong hotel, obviously not from the door man to the waiters the staff are all amazing and will help you 100% in anything the amenities are great, but could do with an activity room like pool table and darts board...the food is brilliant with lots of choice (just ask for non spicey) if your not keen on it All in all the holiday was great left on the 11th Dec and plan on returning next year but a little earlier in the season Thank you Alia for making our sousse Palace experience the best ❤️
