Everything was fine, the location was also convenient. Highly recommended.

We had booked this hotel weeks before we left Australia and had had the booking confirmed twice. This was to be the second of two hotels we were to stay in while in Sorrento for 8 days. We arrived at our first hotel and checked our emails (as you do these days :-) ) to find that our booking at Boutique had been cancelled. The only reason given was that they were overbooked. There was no communication from this hotel, only an email from ***********. How can a hotel that has confirmed your booking be allowed to cancel four days before you are supposed to be their guest, and with the flimsiest of reasons. No apology, no contact - NOTHING!!! It may be a wonderful hotel but I would certainly NOT even consider it in the future. Fortunately, our first hotel, Conca Park, was incredibly helpful and found rooms for us in their hotel for the second part of our stay. We may be the only hotel guests to have stayed in 3 rooms in the space of 8 days. :-)

This was a great location. I am only giving this 4-stars but I am not sure I would have made a different decision. The location was perfect for us, 2-3 blocks from the main Piazzo. All the better options around were 3-4x the price as they overlooked the water. Take this review as more of a disclosure than a negative. The property is shared with residential apartments; this is not a hotel. There were 80 steps to get to our Suite - hard to do with big luggage. The elevator got us up the first 50 steps but was slower than walking the steps and quirky to operate. The air conditioner was undersized for the room and took hours to make a difference. It automatically turns off when we were not in the room. By 4am though it was very cold in the room. Knowing what I know now, I probably would still pick this place. We weren't in the room much and I would not want to pay $1000/night or more for one of the nearby hotels. Nor would I want a hotel on the hill which would require taxis to get around. This was very convenient to where we wanted to be.

Loved our 4 days in Sorrento. This apartment was extremely conveniently situated. Salvatore, the manager contacted us prior to arriving to arrange arrival details. He was very responsive to all texts from us. He opened up for us and showed us around. He was very helpful and friendly. Overall good stay in Sorrento in very good location, lovely penthouse apartment. Please note lift access only available to certain levels. Multiple steps required to go up to the penthouse and other levels. Difficulty with luggages to carry them up and down the stairs. There is no actual lobby with reception service but owners but willing to accomodate with time. Luggage storage only available on request so have to plan ahead which we only discovered after arriving. Would recommend but not suitable for people who need to do stairs.

Had an amazing experience! Everyone was extremely helpful with everything we needed. The room was gorgeous with fresh water, heating, air-conditioning, a fridge, and modernized decor! Was in a perfect location with just steps away from the city center and the train station! It was very clean and comfortable with there being multiple eco-friendly amenities implemented into the room. The queen and single felt very comfortable as well. We were two women traveling and felt very safe staying at the property. Would 100% recommend staying at this property and will most likely stay at boutique suites again next time I’m in Sorrento :)

Posizione centrale, a piedi c’è tutto. Pulizia e cortesia la fanno da padrone, il Sig. Salvatore è un giovane preparato, professionale, gentile, disponibile e ti aiuta in tutto. Va ben oltre il suo ruolo. Di fronte, a destra, circa 100 metri vi è un bar/pasticceria, vi lavora Francesco Dassisi (è il nome) una persona gentile e molto simpatica, che fa un ottimo caffè. Da andarci. Che dirvi? Non ero lì per vacanza ma Sorrento non ha eguali, altro che Costa Azzurra e la gente, questa gente, è stato un piacere conoscerla. Gentili, cortesi e disponibili

Struttura accogliente in pieno centro. Arredamento moderno e ben rifinito. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la città a piedi. Il palazzo non ha ascensore, Per famiglie con passeggini direi che non è il massimo della comodità ma si può fare.

L'alloggio rispecchia le immagini anche se lo stabile non sembra un granché. Per salire al terzo piano si deve prendere un montacarichi fino al terrazzo del secondo e da lì entrare da una porta e salire un piano di scale. Poi quando si entra tutto ok, pulito e colorato.Ci ritornerei.

Escogimos los apartamentos Boutique Suites para nuestra estancia de dos noches en Sorrento por su precio y por el hecho de que admitían mascotas. Y porque disponer de cocina haría que nos ahorrásemos un poco más de dinero en cenas y desayunos. Y lo cierto es que nos ha resultado un acierto. El apartamento está muy bien situado para recorrer a pie la ciudad y tiene un supermercado justo enfrente. El espacio, aunque no muy grande, es agradable, todo estaba bastante limpio y nos pareció confortable. Sin duda, una opción recomendable para presupuestos ajustados. Sin embargo, también tiene algunos aspectos negativos. No dispone de parking y en la calle es imposible dejar el coche. Por lo que la única opción es aparcar en un aparcamiento privado que hay a un par de calles y que cuesta 20€ al día (y que cierra por la noche...). También nos pareció mal que cobrasen un suplemento de más de 10€ por noche por la mascota. Entendemos que haya que abonar un cargo extra de limpieza, pero se mancha lo mismo en una que en dos noches... Y, por último, deberían revisar las amenities que dejan: no quedaban cápsulas de café, ni sal, ni aceite... Estaban los envases, pero vacíos. Pequeños detalles que hacen que la estancia no sea perfecta.
