The people who work in the place are not friendly, in the room they didn't have shampoo or conditioner I had to buy it directly

Room 1223 had bed bugs!! My husband and I never experienced this ever! We had bed bugs crawling on us and didn’t know it. The first room given to us was dirty and not cleaned. Bed linen was dirty, trash bag still in the room. We asked for a room change and thought it would be better but it was worst. It was a cold day and my husband and I were very tired and did not want to keep moving our luggage from room to room. Second room was not too much better. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room our self. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it, tables and countertops messy and dirty from previous guests. The room reeked with an extremely strong odor of dogs or animals. Carpet was so dusty it was ridiculous. The smell was horrible. Black mold in the bathroom and pilling paint…. Just an overall mess!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Could not get a refund due to no refund policy. Manager was not on site. We checked out early and lost money. Left our info for a manager to call and have not heard anything yet. Worst experience ever!!!!! The rooms are dated which I didn’t have a issue with given the price point but cleanliness is something I wasn’t willing to over look. This hotel is a 2 star at the most!!! Never again… please stay elsewhere unless you want to take bed bugs home with you!!!

Where do I start? I've never complained about a hotel but this place...1st room had a broken lock on the front door..2nd room had dirty hand towels (makeup?) And endless noise all night from the flag pole string banging against the flagpole. Beware and splurge on any other hotel.

It wasn't as close to the town as I thought based on the website. Although it was within walking distance, if you are a walker, it did not specify the very busy highway you would need to cross. I ended up having to use an UBER to get to and from the venue I went to go to.

First room was giving wasn’t clean . Bathroom tub was disgusting and room light wasn’t all working . Second room was better but not to my standards . Place needs better up keeping

Stayed 3 nights, it was nice honestly, very cozy, felt like I had my own little apartment. Mostly clean, found little things here and there but I would definitely stay again

The place was not cleaned at all. Never vacuumed sheets wasn’t changed on queen beds or pull out couch. Had dirty forks and dishes. Carpet was very dirty as a housekeeping supervisor from Boston I was not pleased at all. Continue to keep faith apart of your property. Hopefully my next visit is better

The room i had ,, " didnt have any wash cloth, water was cold and the sink was broken, dishes was dirty that was taking out the cabinets and the room needs alot of fixing up

Bathroom looked dirty. We didn’t use the bathtub for that reason and seeing that made us wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Nice space besides that.
