Check in very prompt and friendly. Room clean and fresh. Had food early evening in the bar/ restaurant. It was ok, crispy chicken burger with chips. Would stay here again as it’s so convenient to departures at BHX, walking distance

Slow check in. Booked 2 rooms was spaced out 4 floors apart. Requested same floor. Receptionist just tutted went back to machine and handed over the keys , they were on the same floor but they didn’t even state that

The hotel was very friendly. They let me store my large amount of luggage downstairs in their store room. The bedroom was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. Instead you had to go to another floor to find the coffee machine. I did not eat at the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar. The room was clean and warm. Ideal for one night before an early flight.

Great location for travelling to the airport. It’s a 5 min walk and touring the terminal building.

Poor drains, strong smell when room above or surrounding flushing. Middle of night and long day travelling so didn't request change, but I guess other rooms would have also had the issue

Great hotel right by Birmingham Airport for next day Travel. Very friendly staff

No remote for the t.v No plug in the sink. Some of the furniture knocked about.

It was awful night.We booked this hotel to catch early morning flight.We didn’t even sleep for 1minute peacefully.old air condition.it was freaking hot and ac was not working.they should implement the new AC system.will never go again.window was also not good.you won’t be able to open it. Room was tiny and you will get suffocated

Perfect place to stay for one night when you’ve got a early morning flight the next day room was basic but very clean very happy with the food we had staff was friendly and helpful perfect for the price.

This hotel is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for and that's totally fine. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It served the purpose which was to stay overnight before an early flight. The bed was comfortable too.

I have stayed here a few times when flying in or out of BHX early or late and it has done the job consistently, right next to the terminal, quick check in. clean comfortable room. I asked for a high floor with a view over the airfield and got it .Decent price booking in advance. 5 Either a short walk to the railway station or you could use the transit link. I didn't use the bar or restaurant but they seemed to be quite popular.

I booked ibis because my flight was at 6am so it was very convinient to get to the airport at 4am in the morning

All good, close to the airport, breakfast was good, dinner average
