Resort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

Room was excellent but the extra bed charges was way too much. The sofa cum bed was not at all comfortable for kids to sleep .

From the moment i arrived, i was welcomed with warm kahwah and impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with large windows providing stunning views. The decor balanced modern comforts and rustic charm. The bed was comfortable, and the in-room amenities added a nice touch. I loved the balcony with its great mountain view. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to help, elevating the experience. Dining was a treat, with a wide variety of dishes blending local himachali flavors with international cuisine. The outdoor seating area and complimentary breakfast, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, were excellent. The resort offered activities like table tennis, badminton, and a well-maintained garden. The guided nature walk was a highlight, and the spa services provided great relaxation. Overall, kasauli hills resort is perfect for anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it for a getaway to reconnect with nature.
