The door frame fell when I was in the room. Was told to wait an hour for the manager to address it. Have been trying to contact the hotel but no response and email they provided trip is invalid.

Very good hotel! Delicious breakfast and very convenient locations. The staff both at reception and at breakfast are extremely helpful And very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is near the train station so you only need few minutes to go the city center. The service was ok. The breakfast didn’t have too many options

The location of this accommodation is excellent, conveniently close to various public transportation stations. The room itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Best hotel for a short transit via Sofia. Located just 2 min walk from the Train and Bus station. Nice rooms. Lovely breakfast.

在長途汽車站對面，地理位置是我入住的首要原因。房間和衞生間都挺大。第一個房間在一樓（實際二樓）窗户漏風嚴重，窗台下的幾個電源插座沒有隔熱隔冷處理，外面的冷風像裝了空調機一樣從插座吹進來。前台態度很好第二天馬上給我換了房間就好很多。

房間還可以，距離火車站很近，周邊環境舊舊的，走路可到市中心，早餐相對豐盛，衞生也還可以，服務態度較好
