Ulasan Grand Hotel Sofia

The room is super huge and the hotel is at good location within walking distance to all major attractions. But the hotel looks tired and the hair dryer is useless.

I really can't understand if these positive reviews are true? The room is very small and old, and the service is very poor. I booked it for two nights, but I can't even check out for one night. I have to stay. Anyway, I'm very dissatisfied and won't come back next time

Great hotel and location

Great classy hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor "wintergarden" is a great place to have a drink or lunch. The location is excellent in Sofia city center

Everything was good except human services. It’ll be much better if there was the human warm touch.

酒店位於索非亞市中心，距離各處比較方便。房間很大，床不錯。早餐品類中上。設施齊全，可健身。

공항이랄 20분거리에잇고 방이 정말 넓고 쾌적해요 안에 어메니티도 향기 너무 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 혼자 사용했지만 뷰도 좋고 행복했습니당

前台服務有待提高，讓前台叫一輛出租車找藉口，不給叫

酒店對面是郵局，購買的明信片性價比很高。酒店距離景點在步行10-15分鐘左右，位置非常好
