The breakfast is very good, rich and delicious, and you can enjoy the St. Sunday Church opposite while eating breakfast. We booked three rooms and stayed for three nights. The twin room was renovated, and the king room had not been renovated. The wallpaper was damaged, but we liked the traditional design style and the street view.

This hotel is in the center of Sofia, very close to the hotel, with shopping malls and restaurants. But the decoration of the hotel is relatively old. Well, the restaurant is still good, I will continue to stay and recommend it next time.

The room is quite small and the power goes out from time to time. The hotel is in a great location, in the busiest area of ​​the city center. The swimming pool is nice. Free white wine is provided in the lobby in the afternoon, which is great.

Opposite the hotel is the post office, and the postcards purchased are very cost-effective. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the attractions. The location is very good.

Facilities: Standard chain hotel facilities, the room is large and can be pushed into a stroller. Hygiene: The bathroom is large and clean. But the toilet is very close to the wall, which makes it inconvenient every time I use it. Environment: We were arranged in a room facing the elevator. At night, we could hear the sound of the elevator and the sound of others walking by, which was a bit disturbing. There is a huge pillar in the middle of the house, which takes up a lot of space and makes the house look very strange. Service: It's average. I booked a standard room, about 100€ per night. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus, which is very convenient. It was newly opened this year and has complete facilities. It is very new. The room layout is reasonable, spacious and bright. The breakfast has a rich variety and the service is warm and thoughtful. There is a commercial center around it. A taxi is less than 10 euros. It is convenient for eating and shopping. There is an Asian restaurant and a supermarket on the second floor below ground.

Hotel location is very good, next to the subway, the decor is very modern There are a lot of bar activities in the evening, and the Japanese garden is very tasteful. The price is very economical in Sofia.

We were two couples. One in a classic room and one in an Executive room. Always book an Executive room. It is a typical business hotel room, while the classic room needs urgent attention and looks more like a guesthouse. In the Executive room the toilet was poorly cleaned on arrival and remained so throughout the stay (3 nights). Something unthinkable anywhere else. The receptionist was friendly despite his poor English, although he gave us the wrong room he realised when we got to the lift. Breakfast was good. Maybe not what was expected for a 4 star hotel but there was variety including some typical dishes. Complimentary water but only on the first day. Views of a police station, and very close to the Governor's Office and the centre of Sofia on an easy and safe path. No noise despite the casino. The water in the pool was said to be at 29 degrees. But no. It was FREEZING. Overall a good experience for the couple in the Executive room.

Clean, perfect location, free parking. The beds are a bit hard and it would be better of you guys check whether the bottles of water in the rooms are full; mines were empty.
