Golden King Villas

We were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The beach was just outside and the place was clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and arranged what we needed. We had a great time and recommend this place to both couples and families!

Gorgeous group of 5 villas above Vassilias Beach. Ours was 3 bed Leonidas, which was spacious, very clean and had a perfect sun trap of a pool. The views are incredible, from lots of outdoor seating on a huge terrace. Bedrooms are large and beds very comfy. The staff were all super helpful, answering any questions quickly. Location was great for us, with a small beach opposite, through the cool tunnel. 15 mins walk towards town was Megali Amos with a small supermarket and beach tavernas, 25 minutes (more hilly) the other way was our favourite Achladies Beach, crystal clear waters, sunbeds and a few restaurants plus a bakery, supermarket and cracking kebab shop too (Meating Place). As we were there early May, there were no water taxis yet and some restaurants were just opening. Lots to do still in Skiathos Town (an 8 euro taxi ride) - boat trips, plenty of food choices, cocktails and fab people watching. It was an amazing, relaxing short break, and only 15 minute transfer from the airport (collection is free if you book the villas directly). Huge recommendation from us, we'd love to come back soon. And if you're an Abba/Mamma Mia fan, unmissable 🤣

We were there at the end of april and the temperatures at night weren’t warm so we needed heating for the child, but all the 3 airconditioners weren’t working. It wasn’t the remote as we were told. They repair the central the next day. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was clean. Sea beach is near and beautifull. The service people were little strange, so they were moving arround although they weren’t needed. You sit and see something moving outside but you don’t expect no one. Cleaning lady was waiting outside while we were preparing to leave and i ask here to be patient and give us some privacy.
